• Robert (8/5): Spacious apartment in Dokki - The apartment was spacious and comfortable (except the bed which was very hard) with great air conditioning. We loved having a washing machine, a lounge, dining area and kitchen. Close to ATM and supermarket. The lift wasn’t always working - but it was to take our luggage up and down - and as the apartment is on the 6th floor that was a bit of a climb. The building is tired. The kitchen could do with a few more utensils - eg a strainer for straining pasta/rice.
• Maik (9/5): Great trip and great stay in Cairo - We had a very nice time in the apartment. The view was great, the flat was large and the accessories of the flat were all present (kitchen and equipment, different kind of storage / furniture and a spacious common area) We liked the balcony, every evening we had a glass of tea and looked towards the river Nile and the lights of the city center. Food and drinks are available around the place in different local shops and walking to the Egyptian Museum takes less than 30min. The flat itself is located in one of the upper floors, so using the stairways is necessary,, but there is a lift too (depending on your need to stay in large or small rooms, since the lift is a very small one.) The door os locked with an electronic key, so no need to carry a real key. Mostafa and his team provided ideas and help for trips in and around Cairo. There was nothing we had to organize. Great people there. If you like cats, there is a young white female cat with 2 kittens in front of the door of the house. They love to get attention and some food too. They made us feel a bit like home. It is a great spot so come and try for yourself, we will come back for sure.
