• Jan Drahota (7/5): Very affordable accommodation with a great hostess. Don't expect anything particularly fancy. - Emma is perhaps the nicest host you can find in London. Communication was perfect, and she even allowed us to check-out later (5 PM). The price for accommodation was very good by London standards. Accessibility by public transport is also good. Ideal as a base for visiting London Stadium or Victoria Park. Remote check-in is also very convenient. The cleanliness of the apartment is average in everyway. The sofa bed in the kitchen is not the most comfortable. In general, don't expect too much from the accommodation, as it is mainly affordable accommodation. We were very unlucky that the door lock jammed when we were leaving, which meant an unpleasant delay on the way to the airport. We recommend working on the cleanliness and condition of the apartment's furnishings.

В квартире есть все необходимое, даже отопление, что было очень актуально. Коммуникация отличная, любые вопросы решались практически мгновенно. Благодаря Эмме наша поездка прошла просто прекрасно. Рядом парк с прудом, белочками и птицами. До станции метро идти минут 15. Удобные кровати, необходимая кухонная утварь, полотенца - все в наличии. Dear Emma, I wish you all the best! • Tota (8/5): Lovely home away from home - The apartment was beyond our expectations, very nice and clean, responsive host whenever we had any questions, the location was nice, with a shop on the corner, so we were able to get groceries, 20 minute walk without much traffic to the Copper box arena and the same to the tube station. The neighbourhood seemed peaceful at night, we were never disturbed by anything. Wifi and TV worked well, it was very relaxing to come back to the place after a long day outside. The fridge was spacious, so no issues storing water and food. Great to be able to cook and wash our clothes. The only thing we missed, was a proper dining table in the kitchen area, the coffee table worked for us, but a dining table would have been more convenient, especially since the circumstances for cooking our own meals were actually great. Also there could have been clearer number signs outside the apartment, we were a bit confused because there was a fire door before the entrance, but luckily the host responded immediately, when we asked about how to find the entrance. The bathroom was rather tiny, it could be an issue for plus size people, also for an elderly person it might be a challenge to shower in a bathtub, but it worked well for us.

• Michelle (10/5): Excellent everything you need for a short break! - Everything you need included! Lovely high ceiling apartment, well thought out! Ideal location for Victoria park. Nothing really however it took us a few minutes to find the entrance as the door looked like a cupboard.

Istruzioni per entrare chiare. Ha fornito la casa di tantissimi prodotti per la casa. Il rapporto qualità prezzo per Londra eccellente. Lavastoviglie da sistemare, ma è anche la prima volta che la troviamo in una casa delle vacanze, e un tavolo con sedie per mangiare comodamente.
• John (10/5): Great location for London Stadium events - Location of the apartment to the London Stadium was excellent. Transport links to the centre of London was straight forward enough. Roman Road Market was good for food shops and Victoria Park was worth a visit also. The bed was a bit soft for our liking but for others I'm sure it would be fine.

• Serge (10/5): Amazing stay just outside of London's centre. - A really great stay for 3 nights while we explored London. We did a heap of walking around the apartment's neighbourhood - Victoria Park was really pleasant, Hackney Wick had some very cool little coffee shops, Roman Road had grocery stores and supplies - all within 15 minutes. We jumped on the Metro from Mild End into the city centre which was about a 20-30 minute easy stroll. We loved the facilities in the space too - kitchen was clean and well equipped, a washing machine for a couple of weary travellers. Emma the host was great. We noted that when we arrived, the apartment felt really warm so she ordered fans from amazon which arrived the next day making our stay that much more pleasant. I would stay here again. The apartment was very warm - we arrived during a rare heat wave in London, but Emma promptly ordered some fans which we used at night to help sleep.

Sadly a bit noisy there but that’s not the apartments fault, but the toilet was very very small, I think even a small human would struggle with it.

The apartment was clean, warm and had all the facilities I needed. It is close to a street with many shops for food etc. I would have no hesitation booking again. The bedroom faces a busy road and there is some road noise, but not too intrusive.

The heating was good and access to transport easy. This is a lovely flat and really good value for money. Neighbours can be a little noisy but it didn't really bother us

Good transport links into the city centre. There was an intermittent issue with the drains which caused an unpleasant small but we messaged the owner and she was very helpful..
