• Jillian (7/5): Nice Villa That Could Be Perfect - The villa location was excellent and close to all shops and restaurants. Internally, it was very modern with 2 well equipped bathrooms. All rooms were of a high standard and very spacious. Although previously said, the villa was clean, spacious, and modern. However, there were a number of things that let it down. The outside space was tired and in need of TLC, i.e., garden furniture, lack of sunbeds for 6 people (only 4 and 1 was broken), only 1 sun umbrella and that was not working (contacted owners but was told it worked, so did without). We were there for 2 weeks, and there was no linen or towel change (again contacted owner and got no satisfactory answer). Our family has stayed in Cyprus on numerous occasions and always rented villas where there was always a linen and towel change weekly. I feel that if these details are addressed, then this would be a perfect villa for a family close to Coral Bay.

• Regas (6/5): - Good location, Spacious Airconditions switch off every 2 hours and you need to wake up, find the timer switch and start it again over and over again making sleep impossible. Cyprus temperature is 35-40oC and humidity over 70% making sleeping without aircondition impossible even for us locals who are used to high temperatures. The host excuse that this is part of an energy conservation policy does not hold up as the aircoditions were running over the night alas with our continuous manual intervention thus still consuming the same amount of energy. but with our sleep loss These aircodition timer switches seem to appear in many villas in Cyprus and booking.com should make hosts clarify if they are installed so that guests are not taken by surprise. Also pool furniture is very old and dirty and in urgent need of changing. Also one bedroom mattress needs changing like they did for the other 2 bedrooms

• M.hanni (8/5): Very good - Great location. Very spacious and clean with lots of sitting options. Very comfortable with all mod cons, I will recommend. Some outdoor lighting would be nice so we can sit outside in the evening and possibly some fans for the bedrooms since there are timer switches on the AC units in the bedrooms.
• Maryjane (8/5): Great villa and location just a short walk to the strip - The villa was decorated and furnished to a very good standard, it was very clean and the kitchen was better equipped than many other places we have stayed. The pool area was lovely though a little cramped - see below The mattresses were too firm for us which left us with aches in the morning. The covered outside seating area has been enclosed to create a second reception room - we would have preferred it to be an outdoor area. As the covered outdoor area had been enclosed the outdoor dining table was located in the pool area which made it a bit cramped - however nothing we could not live with for the week.
• Christine (9/5): Lovely modern, peaceful villa - Excellent location, close enough to the strip but away from the noise. Good base to explore. Lovely clean, modern villa. Perfect size for a couple or small family. Great communication from owners. Took a while to figure out aircon and water pressure in showers wasn't great. Just a couple of minor things really. A villa manual may be useful.
• Lauren (3/5): Wouldn’t recommend - The location was great There were issues with the WiFi and very last minute communication about accessing the property, this was particularly poor in comparison to other places we stayed in Cyprus
