• Edith (1/5): - Nothing The property upon arrival was dirty and smelled like smoke booked the property a month in advance and expected a great vacation stay but it turned out to be horrible had to look for another air Bnb in the area wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone

• Briana (8/5): All in all the family enjoyed our stay the neighbors were to themselves & the house was comfy & conv - The convenience was great. There wasn't enough of cleaning supplies(mainly just dish detergent) the water for the shower/tub wasn't hot.

• Kurt (7/5): Excellent location, great place for large group. Could be an excellent stay if they improve on comms - Amazing location. Very close to all of the disney parks, was a breeze getting too and from all 4. Apartment itself was clean and very nice. Big and spacious. TV and dining area was nice. Two sinks would be great for large parties. Didn't use the pool or gym facilities, but seemed generally nice when we walked through. Lots of natural light. AC and heater both worked. Communication with host was very bad. Delayed responses. Asked several questions and would only get partial responses. This happened 7 different times. Was not stocked sufficient for # of guests for 5 days. Asked specifically if we'd have enough detergent well before arriving (days). This was one of times they ignored question. Got there and only had one detergent package. Refused to provide more when asked. Also, needed more towels and soap which they said they were going to provide but didn't tell us we had to be there. So never got delivered. Gym was advertised as world class. It's a decent size gym for traveler, but far from world class. Advertised as 1 king and 3 queens. Got 1 king, 2 queens, and 1 full. Should be correctly disclosed. Broken ice machine. Broken dishwasher. Still would stay again as we got great value for price and could very easily be a 10/10 if they fix these issues.
• Nancy (8/5): - Accommodated the family perfectly for a quick stay. Great beds, very clean, and good location. The hot tub was out of order. The kitchen was huge, but there was very little in it as far as essentials.
• Diana (6/5): We had a good stay but please add more kitchen items. - Location was very convenient and the private, locked access was nice. The courtyard was clean and peaceful. Nice house for a large group staying together. There was bare minimum plates, glasses, cups, pans, baking dishes for use. No toaster and the ice maker didn't work. The couch is peeling and the throw pillows are unraveling & need replaced.

• Michael (9/5): This is the perfect stay for a larger group that plans on visiting the various parks in Orlando. - The property was clean, well maintained, and had amazing amenities for the price. I had not received the unit code and number until an hour or two before arrival, and I could not reach the management team with the phone numbers provided. However, I did get an update via text and on the Booking.com app closer to my check in time.

• Jessica (9/5): Fantastic roomy apartment on 4 levels . Wonderful location , clean with excellent pool facilities - Fantastic location , large for our family of 7 . Very clean and comfortable. Lovely clean pool facilities. Hot tub was a cold tub so not used , but pool and play facilities fantastic . Very close to Disney and universal . Very close to shops and supermarkets (need a car ) . I liked everything. There was initially a barking dog in the next door apartment, however as soon as this was reported it was dealt with and stopped

Necessário a troca do sofá da sala e dos utensílios de cozinha, pois são muito usados e não tem uma tostadeira e nem uma air fryer, que seria ótimo para facilitar.
