• Jiménez (10/5): Inmejorable! - Una casa espectacular, muy limpia, con todo lo necesario y a buen precio. Ubicación inmejorable en una calle muy tranquila con restaurantes, cafeterias, heladerias y muchos comercios cercanos. El trato y la ayuda de Andrea no pudo ser mejor y si tenía alguna duda estaba siempre a mano. Recomendable 100% Nada, todo perfecto!
• Inga (10/5): - The location was perfect, and the apartment was very nice and clean. It had everything we needed. Since we were traveling with family, the living room bed had the widest blanket I have ever seen — my son and I really appreciated that. :)

• Cristina (10/5): Alojamiento increíble - La ubicación es perfecta , puedes ir a cualquier sitio andando , además es una zona que transita mucha gente pero por las noches no hay nada de ruido.El apartamento es muy amplio y cómodo y es tal como se muestra en las fotos .La persona que vino a traernos las llaves fue muy amable y nos facilitaron el poder dejar las maletas antes de la hora de entrada. Volveríamos a repetir en este alojamiento Estuvo todo perfecto , lo único que sí que mejoraría sería las almohadas de las camas y la limpieza del sofá ya que tiene alguna mancha .

• Laura (8/5): Apartamento precioso y céntrico al lado de todo - Situación perfecta, apartamento muy amplio, cómodo y caliente. Volvería sin ninguna duda Falta un microondas, el resto todo bien. Quizá la incomodidad de las escaleras para el dormitorio y lavabo si van personas mayores

• Sandra (8/5): Central, stor 2-rummare - Mycket centralt och väldigt mysigt område! Bra toalett och kök. Stort och avskalat. Kunde varit mer möblerat. Stor lägenhet och därför hade det istället för bäddsoffa kunnat vara en riktig dubbelsäng. Kunde ej lämna bagage vid utcheckning.

• Mercedes (9/5): Un lugar muy recomendable - La ubicación es excepcional, cerca de todo. Podías descansar un poco a mediodía para seguir por la tarde. En un lugar alejado, eso es impensable. Era espacioso y cómodo, además de auténtico y bonito. Si volviera a Roma, repetiría. Si encendías el horno y el aire acondicionado, saltaban los plomos (llamamos por teléfono y nos dieron las instrucciones, aunque quizá es mejor si contratan más potencia). Hay escaleras dentro de la vivienda (para nosotros no fue un problema, pero es bueno saberlo).
• Himanshu (8/5): Location location location - The location of this property is excellent. Easy stroll to lots of attractions. The property was clean and in a secure apartment. A small lift is there for baggage. The piazza is just at the doorstep and is a good place to relax. Very responsive staff. Had issues with the main door key. It was hard to turn open. Wifi in the main bedroom was poor.

• Neil (3/5): Uncomfortable as we had to sleep in living room due to AC - Good location, big and clean apt. Bedroom had no AC. When asked, they pointed to the air cooler which required ice trays but no trays provided. It was unusable in 95F weather.
• Matty (8/5): Very comfortable, clean and large apartment with lots of restaurants nearby. - The apartment was a very generous size in a great location with a cafe directly across from the apartment and plenty of restaurant options nearby - we really loved the location. Unfortunately the washing machine didn't work.

• Ilse (9/5): Roomy apartment in heart of Rome. - Conveniently located. Spacious room. Full of character. Walking distance to most attractions. Well furnished. Had to walk half a mile to dispose of trash. Close to noisy street which caused some disturbance. Could use one more mirror
• Agnieszka (8/5): I would come back if the trash would be managed by the owner - Apartment is on 2nd floor in one of the main street. The decoration is rather "raw". Easy to get by bus from train station. +Location; close to all main attractions, we went by foot everywhere +good restaurants and coffees near by +close to Coop and Carrefour +cleanness in the room (only in bathroom there were ants) +fast contact with the owner, we had an issue to turn on the shower, support was immediate (Sunday morning) +good equipped : iron, umbrellas, hair dryer etc. + wine glasses (basic) +shower gel and soap - going with the trash bags 300 m from apartment to public trash bins. Its a time consuming trip if you are in hurry and need to get to the opposite place, than the trash bins. I have never experience such a demand. We need to go with our luggage to the trash bins, not comfortable at all. I think that the owner should manage that when cleaning the rooms - toilet paper was not enough. Owner should foreseen that if there is 3 person 4 days , 2 toilet papers is not enough. We need to buy additional - lack of the big mirror - in the morning, seagulls and garbage collectors so buy a earplugs

• Tamar (10/5): Perfect Roman holidays - Our stay at this apartment was simply fantastic! Firstly, the location exceeded our expectations. It's incredibly close to all the major attractions – the Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, Pantheon… We felt like we were right in the heart of the city, surrounded by everything Rome has to offer. Plus, we discovered charming, non-touristic restaurants in the backstreets of the flat, serving authentic food at reasonable prices. The apartment itself was wonderfully cozy and inviting. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and having a Nespresso coffee machine was a delightful bonus. Peter, the host, even brought coffee capsules when he handed us the keys. Conveniently, supermarkets were just a stone's throw away, making it easy to stock up on breakfast essentials. In addition, if you need to store your luggage after your check-out, there's a handy facility just steps away from the apartment, offering secure storage starting at 8.5 Euros for 4 hrs. Regarding the check-out time, it felt a bit early at 10 AM, especially when compared to other flats that typically offer check-out at 11 AM or later. Overall, our stay in the flat was fantastic. The only minor downside was some noise from the front of the flat, where the pull-out sofa was situated. However, this didn't impact on our overall enjoyment, especially considering how comfortable and peaceful the other bedroom was. Comfortably accommodating 4 guests (2 in one bed and 2 in another), I highly recommend this wonderful apartment to anyone seeking a centrally located and comfortable stay in Rome! Early checkout

Coukd do with some more things such as expresso coffee maker , place to hand clothes , rubbish bin in rooms and sink plug. The above land very poor host service.
