• Michelle (8/5): Very pleasant stay - Great location, extremely easy access to everything via public transport. The host left good instructions and was very responsive. The apartment was well equipped with everything you would need, and it was surprisingly bright /airy given its at basement level and really warm. There were a few issues with cleanliness which we raised with the host. They responded in a timely manner and the issue was resolved, but it did cause some inconvenience. In addition, the bed was not comfortable as the mattress is really thin/soft. After night one, we slept on the pull out sofa as we found it to be better.

• capitalN (10/5): Great location for a stay in London. - The apartment was very comfortable with everything you need for a self catering holiday. The kitchen had a great layout with a dishwasher and washing machine and many cooking essentials. There is access to a seating area in the garden. The sofa bed was very comfortable for 2 adults. Location was in a lovely part of London, good transport links and lovely walks down the canals. It was also very quiet. For us we were delighted to be able to park across from apartment free all weekend. Nothing.

• Candy (9/5): Spacious. Clean. Well provided. Convenient location - Spacious. Apartment was well equipped with everything you need - towels, bedding, WiFi, heating. The kitchen is a full kitchen with oven, microwave and stove top with all the cooking equipment you need to create a meal. Though besides salt and pepper, there is nothing else so you will have to get whatever you need e.g oil. Nothing

Will always stay here when on London. I highly recommend those property 💫 Nothing at all. I couldn’t fault it 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

• Llew (9/5): Superb - Lovely flat good location and facilities, would certainly consider again. The outside light in the stairwell was on all night (Not the one that is controlled by the flat the one directly above the door) it was very bright and did impact our sleep, it really needs to be turned off late at night or you need full black out blinds.

• Gero (7/5): Very good location but not clean, beds and outside area - Very good location and very close to tube stations Wasn’t really clean. The sofa was definitely dirty meaning that was not cleaned after the previous usage and also the sheets in the living room

• Melanie (9/5): Wondetful property in a great location with attentive hosts. - Keys were in the lick box and when I contacted the host because I misread the email, they were polite courteous abd helpful Rug in the bedroom could do with having an anti slip mat placed under it , for safety. Not a problem just rolled it up and moved it for the duration of our stay.

Really great for self catering and being able to wash our clothes as travelling it’s nice to have convenient utilities. Loved the size for 3 of us it was perfect and didn’t feel cramped heating was very efficient and appreciated as it was very cold during our time In London. Didn’t like how the bathroom light turned off even when you were using the toilet or taking a shower makes the room pitch black would have been better to have an override switch I think people renting a property at this location and price would know how to turn a switch on and off 😊 some additional housekeeping like checking all the dishes etc are clean before guests check in and as I’m allergic to dust… I found the dust under the bed when trying to plug in my ph for the power switch seriously needs attention. ( I ended up being covered in dust just from reaching down) just needs regular wiping down.

It is also very well arranged, furnished and clean as well as functional. I would like to thank you for each and every one of the instructions you have given, because they have been very simple, but exact at the same time and therefore very easy to follow. I have turned down the heating to 19°, just as I found it, and I have left the boiler on, also as I found it. Thank you very much for everything again and it is an apartment that when we return to London would be one of my first options.

• Anton (7/5): Great location to spend a few days in London - Excellent location — only 15 minutes' walk from Paddington. Several brilliant restaurants are around, and Tesco is not too far. Tablets for dishwasher included. And a few cups of tea included. Very warm apartments. The bed in the bedroom is great. Wi-Fi is slow and disconnected sometimes, but it is acceptable to make travel plans. The kitchen is well-equipped but not huge. The sofa is not comfortable, but it is good enough for a several-day stay. Pay attention to the owner's note regarding the current repair work in the building. It makes the entrance more difficult if you have children. It will be much better when the work is finished.
