• Barbara (3/5): - Die Betten waren bequem. Der pool war auch schön Ein Fenster war defekt und man hört die ganze zeit die Geräusche von den stark motorisierten Auto bzw. Motoräder. Das Zimmer war schmutzig und die Tür des Badezimmer war ebenfalls kaputt also beim zu-aufmachen der Tür hat starke Geräusche von sich gegeben.

Scarsissima cura. Macchie di unto e sporco sugli armadi, i muri, le finestre …. Capelli di ospiti precedenti in ogni dove anche sul letto. Lenzuola apparentemente non pulitissime. Il bar della piscina non presente è piuttosto sporco

• Lau (8/5): Good place to stay - I had a great stay at this property and found many aspects to be quite enjoyable. What I Liked: The location is fantastic, with easy access to great food options right next to and around the property. The facilities are impressive, including a well-equipped gym, a swimming pool, and soundproofed windows that help minimize outside noise (though rooms facing the roadside can still get some motorbike noise at night, while those on the opposite side are much quieter). The bed and pillows were exceptionally soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful in-room amenities like a tissue box, iron & ironing board, and dryer. Additionally, the customer service was excellent, and I found it very convenient to reach the helpful team through the Booking.com app whenever I needed assistance. What Could Be Improved: A few minor inconveniences stood out. The glass/plastic cups provided were not suitable for hot beverages, which was a bit frustrating. The room occasionally felt cluttered, with unnecessary or unused items such as toys, broken decor, old furniture, and dusty ornamental flowers that could have been removed for a cleaner, more inviting space. Additionally, the mattress covers and sheets for some room is grey color, which didn’t give the freshest or cleanest appearance, brighter, crisp linens would make a big difference. Overall, despite these small areas for improvement, the property offers a great stay with excellent amenities and a convenient location. Would definitely consider staying again!
• Lau (10/5): Good place to stay - I've stayed at D’Majestic many times before, and it's usually my first pick. The price is good, and it has everything I need, like a swimming pool and gym. Best of all, the soundproofing windows are great. Sometimes, I even get a nice view of the trees and city. It's a really peaceful place to stay, and there's lots of good food around! The notices, with their heavy use of capital letters, created a somewhat unfriendly atmosphere in the room. I believe a more welcoming approach would be to guide guests to designated garbage disposal areas instead of simply stating 'NO LITTERING.' Additionally, softening phrases like 'FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL BE FINED' would improve the overall tone.

• Syed (8/5): Overall a good apartment in a good location with helpful hosts. - Location was very good. Apartment facilities were good with lots of amenities like washing machine, Wi-Fi, cupboards and locker, study table, etc. A stand-out feature was the huge glass window with the city view of several skyscrapers, including the twin towers. The host was helpful and accommodating. Would be good to have another bed, instead of the mattress on the floor. Also some maintenance is required to ensure all furniture and fixtures are in good condition.

• Jake (8/5): A great value for money stay with good working facilities and added bonuses. Conveniently located with great metro links - A great location near the centre of Kuala Lumpur and all that there is to do there. It’s a nice room with a good working A/C unit and spacious layout. Full access to the Gym and Rooftop swimming pool which was a nice added bonus! The adjacent room is oddly abandoned and there was a huge hole in the door allowing us to see exposed piping in the bathroom, this created a bad aroma/smell which was present in the bathrooms of our room.

Amazing rooftop pool view on the city. The host was reactive and attentive to my messages, they care for their guests. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this place for sure

• Daniel (7/5): Not the best apartment in KL - The self check in was really smooth and easy. The beds were really comfortable. The host was friendly too. The AC was not working really good. There were lots of room scent beads which didn’t smell good. The room was not in the best condition and there even was some mold too.
• Ronnie (8/5): Very good - This is my second stay with Lush Living. I got assigned a different room from the first booking, and this had a better night view of the KL Twin Towers. Instructions from the host is clear and I had no issues collecting the passes and getting into the room. As I mentioned in my first review, it is basically a hotel room. Overall, this hotel/residence is in pretty good shape (except the gym). The rooftop swimming pool offers a fantastic bird eye's view of the surrounding area, especially during evenings when the sun is not as punishing. The room is very spacious for a single person. The size is sufficient for 2 pax, but it really depends on the needs of who you're staying with, and that is highly subjective The king-size bed offers good support, and the bedsheets are of high quality and very comfy The location is right in the middle of a Chinese food enclave, so there are a lot a lot of restaurants within walking distance. If you look at the map, it's at the end of Bukit Bintang. Nearby is Lalaport, a very big shopping centre managed by Mistui, which offers shopping, dining and even play options. There is even a Go-Kart on the roof. Another major shopping centre is Berjaya Times Square Depending which room you are assigned, you might get a view of the "front" which is just a road and LRT or if you face the "back", the night view is really great if you are staying around level 8 and above. As I said previously in my first review, the gym is in dire shape. Aircon is still out with only fans that are only circulating hot air. Be aware that there is no laundry in this building, although you can easily find 3 laundromats just behind the hotel. Small inconvenience as you have to walk there, wash, wait for it to complete, and then shift to the dryer to dry. Limited TV options if that's your thing. One last caution, the digital lock takes a while to auto lock. So, if you just step out of the room, you can still get back into the room without entering the passcode. This is room dependent, so check before you leave.

I'm not sure if it is a perpetual problem or just that particular day. A slight inconvenience is the lack of washing machines/dryers in the development. However, I later realized there are as many as 3 laundromats just in the food enclave area directly behind. The only other "complaint" are the limited options for TV Box channels and the lack of power points near the bed. But these are not dealbreakers.

• Felix (10/5): Good getaway at a comfortable hotel situated near many malls - The location is good, located within walking distance to a few big malls. The main road is just outside your window. It gets noisy at around 3pm all the way till past midnight
• William (6/5): Overall good but with some points to take note - The environment and conveniences are really worth the price with three days short of staying. There are a lot of choices of food near the property, and they are all within a 10mins walking distance, which is really good for food hunting/exploring. Also there are two convenient store located just right under and beside them, it is also good for me and my friend to grab some necessities when the nearby shops close. Overall of the staying was good except for the water heater, it seems not functioning well when we turn to hot water, it was like maybe just room temperature hot which quite a challenge for raining day shower. Other than that, we found that the water pipe(beside the toilet) is leaking, it caused the water flooding out to the whole washroom area, I think the draining system is not function well also (perhaps the floor didn't slanted to the right angle?) cos all the water won't flow to the correct direction down to the drain hole.
