Lovely little corner next to a reserve and walking distance to light rail and lots of dining options. Multiple steps and balcony not cleaned Some evidence of poor maintenance

• Elif Dilara (4/5): Ganz in Ordnung für den Preis, allerdings sollte Sauberkeit immer gegeben sein bei Unterkünften! - Die Lage war ziemlich gut und man konnte das Stadtzentrum gut erreichen. Check-in war unkompliziert. Gemeinschaftsküche war gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war überhaupt nicht sauber. Boden war dreckig und auch das gesamte Badezimmer sah nicht so aus, als hätte man es davor wirklich gereinigt. Im Bad waren noch Gegenstände wie Rasierer von vorherigen Gästen da, ziemlich eklig.

• Guillermo (7/5): - The bathroom is just fantastic. The mattress is also comfortable. The cleanliness of the room can be improved a lot. The ceiling fan was full of dirt that sometimes dropped off on the bed. The common areas can also be cleaned up much better. When we arrived they hadn't cleaned up from the previous booking, so the room was a complete mess.

No heating or ventilation in the bathroom which was separate from the bedroom so the bedroom heat pump had no effect in there. Two towel supplies for two days ,no hand towels, shower cubical had 5 part used shampoo containers and a used razor in it. appeared to be more of a back packers or students flat than a home stay. certainly wasn't very homely.

• Shikchita (1/5): Bad - We were shocked to see people in living room at first,as it was a house and the people were renting the house.The room was very dirty,The were yellow stains on sheets and towels ,the room needs some pest control as we could see cockroaches around .Balcony was so dirty that you wont want to step on.We were told it was a private bathroom,The bathroom had things like Listerine ,shampoo used by other people.The room smells kind of funk.We could hear people talking and laughing from another room,no privacy at all.

Too many cockroaches in the apartments especially in the room I booked.I saw some on the bed as well, it was so disgusting. I couldn’t even sleep, I want my money back. The owner let me use the spray and I killed more than 20. I’m not joking.

The house is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that truly made it feel like home. The host is incredibly kind, attentive, and always helpful—she went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. You can really feel the love and care that’s been put into this place. I’m so grateful for the experience and would return in a heartbeat. 10 out of 10 stars! Thanks polly 💗

• Sebastian (7/5): Good - The neighborhood is nice with some small cafes and restaurants closeby. The apartment itself is modern with lots of space and a good public transportation connection to Sydney’s city center. The air con in the whole apartment made the stay convenient even on warm days. The apartment would need some more attention when it comes to cleanliness & organization (especially in the shared kitchen). There was not enough cutlery & the oven & dishwasher didn’t work. The communication with the landlord was sufficient regarding check in/out but no further questions were answered.

• Bettina (10/5): Perfect 👌 - I only used the bedroom and bathroom to sleep not to cook or relax but I found the Property Manager exceptionally helpful when I locked my key inside, went over and above to make sure I was safe and attended to… I enjoyed a comfortable bed clean linen and bathroom, air conditioning was quiet and effective… Just really felt that it was a great space for my needs… Thanks 🙏🏼

I booked a room with private bathroom, I was forced to use shared bathroom. I booked for I wanted private.Talk to owner before you book If you need bathroom attached to room.
