• Jacqueline (5/5): Disappointing - We had a terrible experience checking in. The keys were not in the lock box. Contacted host and was told it would be 2-3 hours to get keys to us. The cleaner finally came the apartment with the keys to the apartment. It had not been cleaned. The cleaner then proceeded to clean apartment so another 2 hours of not been able to access the apartment. We had stated we would be checkng in at 3 pm but were not able to assess apartment till 7 pm. Cleaner was unable to find the vacuum so floors were not cleaned!! Multiple phone calls and return phone calls. The manager Alex told me I would get $100 refund for inconvenience but that never happened. Certainly will NOT be staying with this host again. Very disappointing start to a break in Melbourne

• Witney (9/5): Superb - was a beautiful apartment, close to everything. very tidy, brilliant location. the pool especially was a highlight a few minor things. the elevators took forever in peak hour, but that is understandable. the run around for the keys was a minor problem, but very easily solved, and management was fantastic about helping. also, there were sooooo many extra pillows and cushions it was hard to find space for them lol
