Robin (2/5): Very disappointing accommodation - The location was central to our needs. The ceiling in all the rooms is leaking, in particular the ceiling in the sitting/dining room area. The bathroom tiles are broken. There was only 1 fork included in the cutlery. There were flickering lights due to the water damage in the ceilings. The sleeper-couch is in very poor condition. The TV reception is non-existant. The e-mail directions to the property is incorrect. The code to enter the property was incorrect. The code for the keydrop box was incorrect. The WIFI login code was incorrect.
