Pas grand chose si ce n'est de s'être informé pour les prises électriques anglaises mais bon on a pu en acheter un sur place

• Brendan (8/5): - Great location as I was working nearby. Reasonable price. Clean and tidy and comfortable. Thanks. Maybe good if the window in the toilet opened. A few more pictures in the kitchen and bedrooms? Maybe a mat in the bath as it was a bit slippery taking a shower.
• Martin (9/5): Great place to stay, near the central attractions but still very quiet. Comfortable beds. - Place was great and the apartment was very comfortable - a bit cold, but it did not bother us really. A very good place to make trips around the city as the location is very well connected with buses and underground. Very good restaurants in the area of 15 minutes walk. A few more glasses would be a benefit, quite cold but it did not bother us in fact.
• Cristina (6/5): Cerca del metro y poco más - Cerca del metro No se podía encender la calefacción. Estaba programada, si tenias más frío después de la hora que el dueño establece, no te deja tocarla según las instrucciones que facilita. La puerta solo se puede cerrar con llave, si sales y se queda alguien dentro, lo tienes que dejar encerrado o tú irte sin llave. La lámpara de pie del salón tenía la bombilla rota y había poca luz en el salón. El mando de la TV sin pilas. El WC está separado de la ducha y el lavamanos, en una habitación muy fría, sin calefacción.

• Miguel (9/5): Em família, valeu. - A localização era perto do metrô e isso facilitou o acesso as atrações, pouco circulamos no entorno, não tenho como avaliar. A estrutura nos atendeu bem e o responsável quando precisamos nos respondeu com rapidez. No geral valeu o custo-benefício. Só achei que o condomínio muito grande e como os corredores davam para área externa com uma circulação de pessoas aparentemente estranhas e que desconhecíamos , para quem tem algum receio e medo é desaconselhável, porém isso é pessoal, "nós não tivemos problema nenhum", é só uma constatação. Também um pouco de barulho dos vizinhos de cima foi o que incomodou porém não atrapalhou a noite de sono.

• Franco Esplugas (10/5): Muy cómoda, ubicación excelente - La ubicación es excelente. A pesar de que no está en el centro de la ciudad, las conexiones son ideales y en nada vas a cualquier sitio. La estancia también es muy cómoda, calentita y perfecta para 4-6 personas. Lo más complicado fue encontrar el apartamento con las indicaciones, que no están del todo claras. Y la ducha es un poco complicada de regular, pero una vez le pillas el truco, genial :)
• Lucas-Torres Bermejo (10/5): Muy buena - El piso cumple con las expectativas que teníamos sobre él: limpio, cómodo, con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Está muy bien ubicado, la estación de metro más cercana a menos de 10 minutos caminando. Hay supermercados muy cerca también.

• Francois (6/5): - The apartment was spacious enough for the five of us. We appreciated the convenient location near the tub and various bus routes. Apart from one night, the neighborhood was quiet. On one of the four nights, the upstairs neighbors were quite noisy, with loud music lasting until midnight. Upon arrival, the apartment had not been cleaned, though the owner acted promptly, and the cleaning was completed within two hours. Nonetheless, arriving to find dirty dishes in the sink was disappointing. Additionally, the TV remote batteries were low, and there were not enough knives or glasses for all five guests.
• Marcus (8/5): Gut gelegenes, sauberes Appartment - Das Appartment war sehr sauber und wie erwartet angelegt, mit 2 getrennten Zimmern. Schlüsselübergabe und Checkin haben gut funktioniert. Der Gastgeber war für Rückfragen immer erreichbar und bemüht, Probleme zu lösen. In fußläufiger Umgebung ist ein Supermarkt und auch die U-Bahnstation. Die Küche war hinsichtlich Gläser und Besteck nicht üppig ausgestattet, aber ausreichend. Eine Kommode war schon ziemlich kaputt, was wir dem Gastgeber auch mitgeteilt haben (was natürlich in dem kurzen Zeitraum nicht behoben werden konnte). Die Lage der Wohnung in einem großen Wohnblock ist etwas "gewöhnungsbedürftig", auch was die Nachbarn betrifft (die mitunter laut sind). So richtig unsicher haben wir uns nicht gefühlt.

• Majella (7/5): Nice apartment, area around it not suitable for tourists at all - It was very clean, spotless The location is not good at all, not recommended for families, especially small children. Whole night the local residents were shouting,loud music, hanging around the door, not safe to walk to apartment after 9pm

• Marco (6/5): Nel complesso, un soggiorno funzionale, ma con margini di miglioramento su vari aspetti. - La posizione è davvero comoda, a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro di Oval, perfetta per spostarsi facilmente. L’appartamento era pulito e ordinato all’interno, anche se non perfettamente curato in qualche punto del pavimento o altri dettagli un po’ lasciati a loro stessi. I letti indicati come matrimoniali sono in realtà letti a una piazza e mezza, più piccoli degli standard, e un po’ scomodi per due adulti (amici) di circa 180 cm. Per una coppia un po’ stretti possono andare bene. L’appartamento è segnalato per 4 persone, quindi non è corretto dover pagare un extra per poter utilizzare il divano letto con le lenzuola. Il bagno aveva qualche problema: lo sciacquone non funzionava sempre correttamente e non sempre scaricava. Gli spazi comuni del palazzo (scale, ingresso, ecc.) erano molto sporchi, cosa che contrasta con la cura dell’interno. In alcuni momenti i vicini si sono rivelati molto rumorosi, il che può disturbare chi cerca tranquillità, anche se tutto sommato si trattava di momenti durante il giorno in cui rientravamo velocemente per poi uscire. Durante la notte invece è stato molto silenzioso.
• Michaela (8/5): Pohodlný byt, kousek od metra - Byt je starší, ale čistý, světlý, prostorný a opravdu udržovaný i vybavený. Vyzvednutí klíčů v boxu u vstupu bylo bez problémů. Do bytu jdete po schodech do 2. patra, každá strana na pavlač pak byla oddělená mříží, bylo to bezpečné. Obývací pokoj spojený s jídelnou měl dost místa i světla. Samostatná toaleta byla výhodou. V koupelně nás potěšily věšáky na dveřích. V obou ložnicích i v obývacím pokoji bylo velké zrcadlo. Na matracích i na rozkládací pohovce se nám spalo opravdu pohodlně a venku byl klid. K dispozici toaletní potřeby i nějaké drobnosti k vaření v kuchyni. Chválíme skříně, komodu, chytrou televizi, připojení Wi-Fi, dostatek odkládacích i úložných prostor. Stanice metra Oval byla luxusně kousek. Hostitel reagoval rychle. Měli jsme se dobře, děkujeme. V místě bydlí různá etnika, měli jsme počáteční obavy, ale vše bylo ok. Malá koupelna, ale taková je dispozice bytu. Okno v ložnici s komodou se nedalo moc otevírat. Skříňky v kuchyni by zasloužily nějakou renovaci/opravu i úklid na zemi mezi nimi. Byla jen jedna sklenice na víno a tři nože pro nás pět, ale to byla drobnost. Mezi chodbou a obývacím pokojem je prasklinka na zemi, opatrně, když chodíte na boso (ale majitel určitě opraví :-)

• Enrico (10/5): It went beyond expectations! - As we opened the door of the flat, we could immediately smell how clean the place was. We then found ourselves in a vary spacious flat with all the appliances and stuff needed to stay there: tea, sugar, cornflakes, kitchen paper, cutlery, plates, glasses etc Really welcoming. The flat is located literally 5 mins from Oval tube station, but it’s very quiet as it faces an almost pedestrian road. The host was super responsive.
