• Mary (5/5): It would have been better if the facilities were better and cost slightly cheaper - Location was accessible by nearby tube station (Mile End) which was only a couple minutes away. Would have been better if there were no tube strikes. Bed was comfy and facilities were clean There was a rug in the bedroom that had an end turned up so unsafe. No light in the bedroom (ceiling light). The bath could not be used as no stopper or the shower button did not change from shower to bath. The sofa bed was not a sofa bed and was extremely uncomfortable for my daughter.
• Michaela (9/5): - The property was clean and tidy on arrival. There was a lot of space for our daughter to play. There were washing facilities available. There was only 1 TV.
• Jason (3/5): Needs Some TLC! - Convenient location, good Wi-Fi. Leaks in the bathroom, hall, and kitchen ceiling/walls are still ruined as per previous reviews. Extra bed was uncomfortable and no duvet (there were items still wet in the washing machine with the door left open). Light in bedroom was no working due to electricity fault. Surfaces weren't fully cleaned. Flat was very hot with no fans.

• James (1/5): Refused To Give Keycode - We turned up and the landlord refused to send the code for the key. Booking.com then attempted to contact and they still didn't respond after having to book somewhere new at 9pm, 24hrs they send the code and nothing else not even an apology Everything
• Jade_s8 (7/5): Good - Convenient location, equipped apartment, good heating There must have been a leak in the bathroom/hall and near the washing machine meaning part of the floor and the ceiling are ruined. One of the two extra beds is very uncomfortable, with one of the duvet being quite worn and the other not being a duvet but a blanket...
• Sophie (8/5): Everything we needed good price and location - Location was great - grocery just a couple mins walk ; out of the mayhem but easy to get to! Found it pretty quiet and comfortable and clean. Cheers Should be noted that it isn't technically a '2 bedroom apartment' - states there is a double and a single room AND a living room. But there is just one double room and then kitchen/dining area, which was a surprise in terms of privacy for my group. Also the single sofa bed could be upgraded; the bottom end slopes down which doesn't make for ideal sleeping!
• Andreea-iuliana (8/5): It was oky - It was very clean and very warm. The property is not a two bedroom apartment. It has only one bedroom and a open space living room with a sofa bed. Not suitable for 4 people.
• Agnieszka (6/5): Very good location - Great location!Good communication! The apartment is not suitable for 4 people as advertised. No complete bedding and in fact there is only one bed plus a mattress suitable for sleeping. Very noisy boiler. The bathroom requires refreshing and the whole apartment looks as if it was once flooded and not fully renovated. Lack of detailed instructions.

• Paulin (7/5): Good, clean, easy public transportation access, need some repairs - Location was great, public transportation was really close. Apartment was clean, washing machine was great! Floor needing some repairs in some place, neighberhood is loud at night (lots of people shouting/loud talking) in the immediate surrounding, have to close windows at night. Would have like a “guide notebook” to go with the apartment.

Had basic amenities including shower, kitchen, washing machine, towels etc. Apartment and some bedding smelt like cigarettes despite being advertised as a non smoking place. Kitchen only had two forks despite being booked for 3 adults. Original listing advertised incorrectly that there was parking
