• Bjorn (10/5): - Perfect location with the city at your doorstep. Tour busses depart right around the corner. There's a bank on the main floor. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious, with all needed facilities. Great value for money. Easy check-in and checkout. The old elevator can be quite noisy at night.

• Cynthia (4/5): We were disappointed. Nice hosts, lackluster apartment. Spacious though. - Location was good. The view is of a traffic roundabout. The building is in rough shape, especially the elevator. No way are "luxury" and "stunning" accurate descriptors. Nothing charming.

The apartment was wonderful and most organized trips left right below the apartment perfect for a 7 AM pick up The balcony is tiny off the second bedroom to the parkinglot but the big windows in the living room more than compensated with a view to the beautiful part of Sofia. not recommended for anyone with handicap since the elevator of the building does not live up to standards of apartment..owner said there is plan to renovate...

• Aurélie (8/5): Très bel appartement - Très bel appartement avec cuisine centrale et deux chambres, très belle vue côté salon. Idéalement situé près des diverses monuments. La communication avec le propriétaire est très fluide. Il nous a aidé en nous transmettant divers liens pour trouver un parking aux alentours (nécessaire si vous ne voulez pas retrouver votre voiture à la fourrière). Nous avons loué pour 5 personnes et malheureusement uniquement 4 chaises autour de la table à manger. La deuxième chambres comportent deux lits simples adaptés plutôt pour des enfants. Nos grands adolescents de plus d’1m85 ont eu du mal à trouver de la place ! Un peu plus de vaisselle dans la cuisine serait un plus : mug, bol, etc.

• Eitan (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location. Very convenient. Very clean, and the apartment is fully equipped with everything that you can think of. Super for families. Would definitely come back.
• Irina (9/5): Superb - We stayed in the flat for almost 2 weeks and it was great. The flat is clean, spacious and the host is helpful and responds quickly. There was everything we needed for a longer stay and the location is close to everything - city centre, shops, restaurants, transport.

• Debi (9/5): Excellent renovated spacious and comfortable apartment, with very communicative and helpful host - The location was excellent. The facilities were very good, and the apartment was much bigger than a regular Airbnb, and it was very spacious and fully renovated, including a comfortable shower. Communication with Alex was excellent, and when I asked if we could leave our bags somewhere till later, he let us stay till late afternoon without an extra charge. Communication in English was easy, which isn't so obvious for a country like Bulgaria. There were condiments, oil, cocoa, etc. left in the kitchen cupboards, which was useful. The bed/mattresses in the 2nd bedroom were very uncomfortable. There was no microwave, but the oven was excellent. There could have been a few extra towels, toilet paper (there was just enough for our stay), and there was only just enough shampoo and bodywash.

• Bogka (9/5): Nice, spacious, close to everything - Spacious. No blinds, could have been cleaned a bit more. The elevator did not work but that is not the owner's fault.
• Alaa (7/5): Good - Nice place No AC or Fan in rooms , was hot wither in side sleeps rooms . mosquito , problem with car park 😒 so complicated park system ( should have bulgaria sim and no parking ticket machine.
• Paul (9/5): Great apartment in a very nice location, perfect for a family visiting Sophia. - The location was fantastic - near the cathedral, nice parks, and other attractions. The kitchen was nice to have for eating a few meals at the apartment, especially breakfast. The air conditioning was good in the front room. Parking a car in the "Blue Zone" of Sophia takes some work (look up how to do it from 8am to 8pm). Having a dedicated parking spot would have been nice.

• Станислава (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing apartment. Everything was perfect, it has a beautiful view both in the day and night. The location is super convenient and central, and still, you have quiet bedrooms and everything for a nice stay. Communication is easy and fast.
