• Laura (9/5): Great value for money. Wonderful experience - Extremely central. Very convenient. Great luxury stay whilst being good value for money There was a slight miscommunication about an agreed late check out time. The cleaner arrived, let herself into the apartment and then demanded proof of the arranged late checkout. This was fully rectified. However was inconvenient as we were not expecting her to let herself in without knocking prior. We also arranged the late checkout to get some extra sleep, which we did not get.

• Carina (9/5): - Superb location and very clean apartment, Trying to locate lockbox was a nightmare. The photo given on the booking.com information pack sent by owner was nothing like the actual lockbox i needed to find. After a long journey I just wanted to get into the apartment with my elderly mum. I tried to contact owner but after over an hour I was nearly going to pay for us to stay in a hotel for the night. Please update your photo of the lockbox that we need to look for. As soon as I received a reply with the photo I knew exactly which one it way!!! It was ann unnecessary stressful start to our trip that we didn’t need. Also for an apartment for 4 people there were not enough glasses and could do with some mugs not just teacups.

• Alex (8/5): My next Sydney trip this is the first property I’ll be looking to book again. - Location and value for money, nice and clean apartment in a very clean building. Highly recommend Picking the keys up is a bit tricky especially with multiple bags or a family but it’s worth it when you walk in the front door
• Kara (9/5): The best location and so good for us being the first time to the city, so close to tram stops and westfeild area, also h - The location was amazing, couldn’t have asked for better, especially as first timers! The view is so nice and my kids spent lots of time watching the planes. Washing machine and drier were very handy also and Irene was lovely answering my many questions 😊 A second key would have been helpful but we managed, just hard as you cannot go up in the lifts without one so if anyone was out then everyone else needed to stay until they returned.

• Nicole (6/5): Disappointing for a family holiday - Location was excellent. Not set up for 5 - booked for 2 adults 3 kids, under the impression that 1 kid would be on a sofa bed, so we paid $80 extra for a futon. But there was NO sofa bed, and therefore, there was no legitimate way to accommodate 5 people without it - so why did we have to pay for it? - futon was literally a thin, short mattress on the floor, not set up (or even put out) for us- we had to find and make it ourselves. No idea which bedding fitted and had to guess. Not clean - had to vacuum on arrival - duvet for futon so stained and gross that had to turn it around to try and keep the worst bits away from child's face - went to get into main bed to find dried bloodstains on sheets, so had to change the bed before use. So gross.  Not very well equipped  - no shelves in wardrobes and not enough hangers made it hard to unpack - no salad bowl (made our salad in a pot). No tea towel (had to use a hand towel). No oven glove.  - tv aerial was disconnected, and we had to plug it in. It doesn't plug properly, so the slightest bump disconnected it again - missing dining table - i understand this was due to a breakage, but we have been here 8 nights. Surely a replacement could have been provided - ran out of toilet paper halfway through visit - there are 5 of us, not enough was provided We were expecting "luxury" as per the title but it wasn't provided

• Livshits (5/5): Passable - Location Kitchen facilities 1. To take/return the key, you had to walk 480 meters. Moreover, we only found out about this when we got out of the taxi with our suitcases. When we asked the hostess to find a way to return the key in another way, she demanded $130 for this 2.Each bedroom had a large closet, but there was not a single shelf in it, there was absolutely nowhere to put things. 3.There were no small towels, only one large towel per person. In addition, it was written that there is a swimming pool. But how can you visit it without a towel?

• Ashlee (8/5): Fantastic, modern apartment in great location!! - Amazing location with stunning views of the city! All main attractions within walking distance. Apartment nice and clean and very spacious. Kids loved the pool! Would be handy if towels could be provided as obviously they take up a lot of valuable luggage space when travelling with a family. Lacked some cooking utilities which made it a bit tricky when trying to cook meals for a family. Kitchen itself was great just could be alot better stocked to enable more convenient use.

• Donna (9/5): Superb - Amazing location! The owner responsed very fast to any queries we had. The apartment was very clean and beautifully presented. Had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Easy access from 2 main streets to the apartment. Great instructions and information for check in and everything located close by. Would definitely return if we go back to sydney! We were traveling as a group of friends. It's a swipe access building with only one key. It would of been good to have 2 keys as sometimes we weren't together and had to work around each other's plans or go down to let the other back in.
