• Éva (9/5): Modern erkélyes lakás metróközelben. - Közel volt a metró, könnyű volt bemenni a városba. Az erkély nagyon tetszett, a ház és a lakás modern, liftes. Videós útmutatást kaptunk a lakásba való bejutáshoz. A ház előtt csak rövid idejű parkolási zóna van, hosszabb időre távolabbra kell vinni az autót. Nagyon rossz időnk volt, de szép időben a Duna parton biztos jókat lehet sétálni. A távozáskor elromlott a box, így a kulcsot nem tudtuk oda bedobni- szerencsére ez nem érkezéskor történt.

• Anna (5/5): Schlecht - Sauberkeit und Küchenausstattung gering. Der Appartement ist nicht für 4 Personen geeignet Max 2 Erwachsene und zwei kleine Kinder

• Gabriel (4/5): Dezamagitor. - Amplasare buna , aproape de metrou, si cam atat . Sejurul nostru a fost de 9 zile. Lipsa totala de curatenie. Inainte sa ne cazam cred ca doar au schimbat lenjeria si atat. Gunoiul in bucatarie si baie era ramas de la cei dinaintea noastra.Pe jos este gresie si se vedea foarte usor ca nu facuse nimeni curat. Nu exista hota , asa ca nu poti sa pregatesti nimic de mancare. Situatia draperiilor este urmatoarea : total 5 bucati. Una lipseste cu desavarsire , una este blcata pe inchis , una pe deschis , iar celelalte 2 este periculos sa le folosesti pentru ca ies de pe sina. Fierbatorul de apa era necuratat si plin de calcar. Lipseste un scurgator de vase. Hartie igienica la baie doar 1 rola , si aia jumatate. Saci menajeri lipsa. Am anuntat gazda , si-a cerut scuze , iar ulterior mi-a comunicat sa tin legatura cu bossul lui. Daca veniti cu masina este cam complicat sa gasiti un garaj in apropiere. Nu recomand aceasta locatie decat pentru maxim 1 noapte , dar nu la pretul asta. Este cea mai slaba cazare la care am stat in Viena , si merg cam de 3-4 ori pe an.
• Rus (3/5): - Location is excellent (near the metro station), We parked for free in a public parking lot in a nearby park - near a Chinese restaurant. Cleanliness of the apartment is very poor, the bedding is washed but the blanket and pillow obviously have an unpleasant smell. The second bed (sofa) is uncomfortable and small. The kitchen is understocked with dishes and utensils. The apartment is nice, but poorly maintained.

• Martina (9/5): Super - Hezky apartman blizko metra v hezke ctvrti Postel pohodlna, ale rozkladaci sedacka velikosti spise pro mensi deti. Na 2 noci jsme to ale zvladli v pohode. Mile byly kapsle do kavovaru a caj ❤️. Vsude cisto, predani klicu vyborne vysvetleno, probehlo bez problemu. Fajn je i moznost ponechani zavazadel drive nez ve 4. Komunikace byla vynikajici! Parkovali jsme na p+r jen 3 stanice metrem od ubytovani za 4,40 EUR na den, na ulici nejde. WiFi super. Hodil by se jeden vetsi hrnec, vice malych lzicek a treba i mensi hrnecky a kavu z kavovaru. Taky nejake zajisteni dveri na wc. Ale to jsou jen malickosti. Noc zasadniho, co by se nelibilo, jsme nenašli a byli jsme spokojeni.

• Raoul (10/5): Excellent value for money. - Clear information sent before arrival, host checked to make sure all was OK. Appartment is very big and was clearly professionaly cleaned before, spotless, basically a huge hotel room. Extremelly well located, especislly if going to Austria Conference Center. Nothing, bed was on the softer side but that's more a preference issue.

• Phineas (10/5): It is a nice place, spacious and close to VIC. Ideal for travelers who want to prepare their own meals. - Spacious and situated in a nice environment. The check in time of 16:00 is too late, and inflexibility for overnight travelers to leave their luggage while waiting to check in, it’s a huge inconvenience.

• Viktor (4/5): Trošku sklamaný z kvality, ale keď sa polepšia bude to kvalitný apartmán, aký bol pred tým. - Už vylepšené vybavenie v kuchyni, kvalitné smart televízie a blízkosť metra. Klíma je príjemná aj cez noc, kúrenie dobre nastavené. Špinavé okná, posteľné prádlo a uteráky smrdeli ako mokrý pes, pravdepodobne neboli vyprané v aviváži a nesprávne boli vysušené. Takisto krabička na kľúče už má asi svoje roky za sebou, veľmi ťažko sa otvára. Na môj vkus matrac extrémne mäkký.
• Joanna (8/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko stacji metra i sklepu. Apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne na kilkudniowy wyjazd. Możliwość wcześniejszego zostawienia bagażu. Apartament mógłby być lepiej posprzątany, a hałas z sąsiedniej ulicy był dosyć odczuwalny. Drobnym minusem był brak ociekacza na umyte naczynia i mało miejsca na blacie do przygotowania posiłków.
• Serhii (3/5): Very disappointed - Good location of the apartment, 5 minutes to the store and 20 minutes to a large shopping center. Metro station nearby. 1. The keys to the apartment are in the safe, but there are several safes at the entrance and they are all the same. We had to try to open them all until we found the right one. 2. There was no soap in the toilet - it had run out. In the bathroom, there was also some left at the bottom of the bottle. Toilet paper that someone had started. There were many whole rolls nearby, but they left us with almost finished ones. 3. The lower towel holder is loose and comes away from the grooves. 4. There are dirty sticky marks on the kitchen and hallway floors. The bathroom floor is covered in black hair and traces of someone's shoes are visible. There are a lot of old cobwebs on the windows. Traces of dirty drops on the TV. 5. The bath mat was lying on the washing machine. It is not understandable whether it is clean or dirty. I put clothes and towels on the machine, and if there was a dirty rug lying there - it is very disappointing. 6. The washing machine does not work. It turns on, but after a couple of seconds it turns off. 7. The coffee machine has a dozen used capsules, some very old. Considering that there was water left in the coffee machine and kettle from the previous guest, they probably don't wash the equipment and dishes. I recommend doing it yourself before using anything - this water may be a week old. 8. There is no air conditioning! There is a mini fan, but it is charged from micro USB, there is no wire to it.
• ΙΩΑΝΝΗΣ (3/5): Χωρίς Κλιματισμό!!!! - Το διαμέρισμα είναι κοντά σε supermarket και σε σταθμό Ubahn. Δεν υπάρχει κλιματισμός!!!! Όταν πήγαμε είχε 36 βαθμούς και ήταν ανυπόφορα! Είχα κάνει αναζήτηση για καταλύμματα με κλιματισμό!!!! Λέει ότι υπάρχει κλιματισμός κεντρικός αλλά το μόνο που υπάρχει είναι εξαερισμός. Ξέρω πολύ καλά πως είναι ο κεντρικός κλιματισμός διότι είναι πολιτικός μηχανικός! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν σχετικά βρώμικο. Το πλυντήριο δεν λειτουργεί και έχει μούχλα! Το δεύτερο δωμάτιο είναι πολύ μικρό και χωρίς επαρκή φυσικό φωτισμό και αερισμό! Κάποια φώτα ήταν καμμένα! Γενικά παρουσιάζει εικόνα εγκατάλειψης! Όταν τον ενημέρωσα ότι θέλω πλήρη αποζημίωση για να αποχωρήσω και να βρω νέο κατάλυμμα και αφού είχα επικοινωνήσει και με την booking.com ενώ είπε θα το φροντίσει ποτέ δεν έστειλε το μήνυμα αποδοχής που περίμενε η booking.com. Αποτέλεσμα αυτού ήταν αναγκαστικά να παραμείνουμε εκεί!

Self check-in and detailed instructions from the hostess. Very clean and comfortable bed. Lack of ability to regulate heating. Due to the high temperature it was stuffy in the small room. There was not enough corkscrew and wine glasses =)

The owner was very responsive too. Nothing really. For someone who requires absolute quietness to sleep, it might take a little while to get used to the main road...but it wasn't a big problem.

Good kitchen facilities with coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Good shower. Noise from the street and apartment got quite warm (it was 25 degrees C outside).
