• Charlotte (5/5): It was fine, customer service was good, but the facilities are not very well put together - I liked how fast the communication was with the hosts, we had issues with our shower and they quickly swapped our room. The bed was pretty comfy, the room was very clean. We start work early, but the hot water isn't on until 7am, so we were having a lot of cold showers. The room was pretty nice, but clearly hadnt been put together very well with a very loose tap, and terrible plumbing. Also, there's clearly a very bad leak, as every morning we'd have to jump a puddle which was in the hallway.

• Nadja (1/5): Just don’t book this. - Nothing Firstly, the entire building has had a persistent smell of marihuana in the hallways. The smell also came into the apartment through windows and doors. Secondly, other residents in the building argued every night, making a lot of noise and shouting to eachother words like “get the fu** out of my house” and “I’m going to fu***** kill you”, making us feat for our safety. Thirdly, the shower drainage was not working properly. We had to wait for 30 minutes between each shower for the water to drain out. Also, there was no more warm water after one of us took a shower. Lastly, we had to leave the apartment early in the middle of the night (approx around 11 pm) and spend the night at the airport, because there was a MOUSE in the kitchen. We find this incident extremely disturbing, as if for no other reason it is a health hazard and we did not expect to stay in such an accommodation. We asked for a refund, because of the mouse, but they said that we are lying, because we messaged them about the mouse after we left the apartment on the last day. The problem here is that we did not know about the mouse until the last moment a.k.a. we saw her the last night that we stayed and left immediately.

• Ash (7/5): Good - value for money booked for three people, but bedsheets were provided only for 2 people other than that no problems.
• Anonymous (8/5): Comfortable stay in good location. - The location was great for my work. It was tidy and had all amenities required. The walls are super thin, you can hear everything the neighbours are doing. The shower has a crazy head which makes the water go everywhere.
