• Janice (8/5): - Was perfect for us four ladies. Apartment had everything we needed. Property is a bit old but still functional, clean and tidy. The only thing missing was a tea towel in the kitchen but otherwise was great
• Maria (9/5): Excellent location, brilliant view. Worth the investment for a family or group. - The layout, location and view. The VIEW was incredible. The weather was terrible the entire time we were at this location, however, the view made us feel like we were still on a holiday, and even though we had to stay in the apartment for a lot of it, we felt relaxed and not trapped. The buttons in the lift were broken. But this is not something the host can control.
• Lisa (7/5): Great apartment for a group wanting a central location. - Good location, nice and central. Easy to get around. Nice big apartment which is unusual for Sydney. Me and my 3 friends were able to have a room each. Apartment was nice and warm too. Shower pressure was not great and the main shower would leak out into the bathroom floor. Elevator seemed a bit dodgy, lots of the buttons don’t work and the lights flicker in there.

• Julie (7/5): Fair but could have been great with a little effort! - Its location and the size of rooms were good. Apartment was clean and beds were all comfortable. Knobs were missing from shower door and toaster. There were not enough glasses. Curtains were off there tracks in 2 bedrooms. We needed to call for assistance for light bulb to be replaced in ensuite and instructions for internet were confusing. Remote for TV was flat and needed new batteries. Water pressure in the showers were poor.
• Sarah (2/5): Very poor - Good view. Good location. One key amongst six adults all trying to come and go.. Spa doesnt work. Lift buttons don't work. Not enough cutlery or glasses for 6-8 people. Parking booked over 6 months ago but not provided until second day, presumably they forgot to organise. Dining chairs old and uncomfortable. Wster pressure non existent. Hunting for the key in a random lock on the street was not fun.
• Uteng (6/5): Could access every in the city easily but not clean. - This apartment was in a brilliant location, managed to fit comfortably my family of 6. The downside to this accomodation was that the carpet was dirty and unlevel along side the toilet being dirty upon arrival. The curtains were also dirty as something was split on them but not cleaned up or replaced. The shower was very low pressure and it was hard to bathe. We were given parking which made the stay very much easier.
• Lisa (5/5): A little bit of TLC and this could be a great place to stay - Location was great Various things about the place were disappointing such as water pressure (which was virtually zero), uncomfortable beds and pillows, no smoke detectors, toilets did not always flush

• Yu (3/5): The location is good but we wouldn’t recommend this accommodation and will look for a more comfortable place next time. - The location is convenient, within walking distance to the city. We met a friendly cleaning staff member in the elevator who kindly gave us a spare key, which was helpful since only one set was initially provided. The fridge was clean. The room size was decent, making it a good space for friends and family to stay together while traveling. However, the beds and other furnishings were very outdated, which significantly impacted comfort. No luggage storage—the host suggested storing our bags at Central Station, where the smallest locker costs $12 per piece, which was quite inconvenient. • Poor bathroom ventilation—the exhaust fan was essentially broken, causing severe mold on the ceiling and shower. • Declining ratings—we booked when the rating was 8.6, but a week before our stay, it dropped to 7.1. • Room 1202 issues—the master bathroom ceiling and walls were moldy, and the ventilation fan was clogged with dust. • Worn-out furniture—the dining table, mattress, and pillows were all sunken and uncomfortable, though they looked fine in photos. • Old and uneven carpet made the place feel outdated. • No tissues provided. Overall, while the space is suitable for group travel, the old and uncomfortable beds and furnishings, along with the lack of luggage storage, made our stay less enjoyable. We wouldn’t recommend this accommodation and will look for a more comfortable place next time.
• Andrew (3/5): We didn't enjoy the stay as it's not well maintained. Only good thing was the location - the place doesnt get maintained. the water pressure was horrid. You could barely have a shower as water didn't really come out of the spout and the sound system doesnt even work. it's just there for show. the only good thing was the location. My guests didn't exactly enjoy their stay so we wont be renting this place again for future work event unfortunately.
• Anup (6/5): Great location but need some maintenance and cleaning. - Great location and big apartment. Old and need some cleaning and maintenance. Bathroom light wasn’t working, mould in the master bathroom and the vent looked really dirty.
• Sue (5/5): Shabby, poorly equipped apartment. - Convenient location with pleasant view over Darling Harbour garden area. The apartment requires maintenance and a good clean. There is no option other than be disappointed in this property especially with pre payment and no refund terms. My advice is to book elsewhere. It is not good value.
• Robyn (3/5): Disappointed as the photo's on site were not what we received. - Apartment was not clean, very dusty. Limited cooking utensils. Broken drawers in the Kitchen. Broken door handles to two bedrooms.
