• Lucian (10/5): Great choice for Paphos - Perfect communication with the host, always helpful and there for anything. The apartment was spotless, had all the necessary amenities, everything clean. It has a nice terrace, free parking. There's restaurants, bars, shops nearby. You have to walk a bit to the center of the town, but still manageable

• Anda (9/5): Nice and cozy - The apartment had everything we needed for a week with the family — even dishwasher tablets, cleaning supplies, kids’ beach toys, cocoa, and coffee capsules. When we arrived, there were fresh fruit, tasty local wine, and milk in the fridge. The place is very clean. You can find everything you may need at home. The host is very attentive to her guests, and communication is excellent

Apartament bardzo przestronny, doskonale wyposażony, idealnie czysty. Czuliśmy się w nim jak we własnym domu. Właścicielka jest ogromnie miłą i sympatyczną osobą. Informację o lokalizacji i sposobie zameldowania przygotowała w sposób perfekcyjny. Była dostępna i chętna do pomocy w każdym momencie. To miejsce będziemy polecać wszystkim!!!!

• Alexandru (10/5): Highly recommended - I recommend this accommodation, everything was very clean, cozy, with a greek design who impressed us. The communication with the hosts was very easy and nice. We were also impressed by their kindness, they welcomed us with some fruits and local drinks. Can't wait to come back here! A small inconvenience was the twin beds which were a little bit noisy, they creak when you move in your sleep. Nothing else to complain. Everything was perfect!

• Giuseppe (9/5): Soggiorno perfetto: struttura moderna, ottima posizione e host disponibilissima - Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana a Paphos in questa splendida struttura, situata a soli 10 minuti di auto dal centro. La posizione è davvero ottima per visitare Coral Bay, Lara Bay e la penisola di Akamas con la sua meravigliosa Blue Lagoon. La casa è accogliente, moderna e funzionale, perfetta anche per due coppie come noi: ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Alexandra è stata una padrona di casa eccezionale, sempre gentile e professionale, oltre che disponibile a darci consigli sui migliori ristoranti della zona, dove ci siamo trovati benissimo. Un soggiorno che ha superato le nostre aspettative. Consigliatissimo! Nulla

• TROULLOS D (10/5): - Όλα ήταν πολύ ωραία. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό , είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα,όμορφα διακοσμημένο μοντέρνο με πολύ καλά υλικά κατασκευής. Κλιματισμός παντού . Αντάπτορες για Ευρωπαϊκές συσκευές. Όλα ήταν άψογα. Δεν υπάρχει κάτι που δεν μου άρεσε

• Eglė (10/5): Everything was perfect, thank you 🌷 - We stayed here for a week, it’s a perfect apartment! You can find literally everything, from beach towels and sand bucket for kids, to dishwasher and ironing board! All the windows have nets, not one bug bothered us. The apartment is cool, we didn’t need to use air conditioning :) Thank you Alex for a very pleasant stay!

• Gracjana (1/5): Very disaapointed - On first sight, very nice, big apartament with everything you need Unfortunatley we had to leave apartament after two nights becouse of bugs especially in the kitchen, but also in the rooms and bathroom. Bugs are coming out on the evenings. First night we thought that this was an accident and bugs came form outside, but on a second day we wanted to use the toaster and a lot of bugs came out of it. Apartament is situated on Leda gardens complex, and after that situation we did research in the Internet and than you can find opinions on Google about problem with bugs in other apartaments in this complex. We were suppose to stay for 7 nights, left after 2, owner agreed for a refund, but we got it only for 4 nights, becouse of 'costs' of the owner. We proposed to share the costs by half, becouse we also had to reserve hotel on the last moment, which was much more expensive, pay extra for early check in, not mentioning loosing half a day of vacation on moving. But owner said, that hers terms were 'non-negotiable', so we agreed to get at least part of money back. Very pity, becouse the apartament has big potential, at first owner was very kind and ready to help. But when the real problems apeared cooperation didint go well. We are very disaapointed.
• Jan (10/5): I highly recommend it - I highly recommend this apartment. It is in excellent condition and very clean. It is well-equipped, from household appliances to beach accessories. The location is particularly attractive for those who enjoy spending time on the beach. Additionally, the bus stop is about a 3-minute walk from the apartment. There is a parking lot next to the apartment where you can safely leave a rental car. The immediate neighborhood is mostly local residents, who can be a bit noisy in the evenings (but not at night), but it’s not bothersome. The owner is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it!

• Lili (10/5): I recommend! - Alex, our host, was very nice, even though we were very late for the flight, he waited for us and showed us where to find everything. He also wrote kindly during our stay, if we had any questions he helped us with everything. The house was very well equipped with a big fridge, air conditioning, we were really amazed. There were two keys so our group could split up during the holiday if someone wanted to go home early. It really was one of the best hostels we have ever stayed in, would recommend to everyone! The surroundings are a bit deceiving, as it's not exactly the most modern and cleanest environment or neighbourhood, but the comfort and care inside made up for everything.

Thanks Alex :) Conveniently located close to Pafos centre (10-15 min of lazy walk). Free place for your car next to the apartment. Very clean and newly renovated apartement composed of two bedrooms and a living room connected to the kitchen. In fact everything in this apartment was new.. Free, very good working internet. Sufficiently equiped small shop next to the apartement, 2 min walk. There is the amazing BBC restaurant just right behind the corner 100-200 meters. Remember to reserve a table in advance :) Especially in the high season. In my opinion this is definitely a good address in Pafos. Frankly, it was the first time we stayed in such equipped appartement. With... everything. :) Nothing

Nice neighborhood among the Cypriots, 10 minutes walk from the beach and nice restaurants right around the corner. parking space in front of the door. highly recommended in Paphos. the host Alexandra is very hospitable and caring. a place to come back to.
