Guest Reviews
- Danielle (6/5): Great location and layout, cleanliness was not good. - The location and layout of the property are great. Parking right outside the door is fantastic. Huge potential! The property was not clean on arrival, I spent an hour cleaning.
The room is quite worn down and needs updating.
Only one tiny mirror in the bathroom.
I messaged the staff contact with no reply.
- Rhiannon (5/5): - Great location Accommodation was really rundown with uncomfortable furniture
- Krystle (8/5): Convenient location very close to the beach. Accomodation manager was very helpful when needed. - Convenient location to the beach The property had everything we needed just a little spruce up of furniture etc would be nice ie. lounge was very small & dated

- Robert (3/5): Location is amazing however I don’t think it’s worth that price per night. - I liked the location and the setup of the rooms. We have stayed in this place quite a few times in the past and it just keeps getting worse and worse.
There’s a lot that needs to be done to improve it and the price is basically paying for the location.
-The front doors gates were buggered and not easy to use.
-I believe there was mould and rust on the wall in the kitchen from ceiling all way down to kitchen table.
-Chairs weren’t wiped down properly.
-Pillows had stains on them
-Bathroom was so cramped in and the shower was just nasty to even touch and move. When having a shower the water just goes out and floods the bathroom so you have to put more towels down. But I Did not feel clean after a shower.
-There were ants all over the kitchen table!! And I mean a LOT. Took a video of it but can’t upload videos
-The bed frame was basically held together by extra pieces of wood that they had probably put it. Did not feel stable, Everytime we moved it felt like the bed was going to break.
- gemma (8/5): Nice but bunk beds are non compliant and should be replaced immediately. Not suitable for young kids - Great location. Comfy beds nice hot shower. Bunk beds didn't have guard rails for the top beds. This is a major safety concern for those with young children. It is also against Australian standards. Beds are non compliant and should be replaced per AS/NZS 4220:2010

- Dasuni (5/5): Passable -
- Toshiyuki (9/5): Reasonable price and good for everyone - Reasonable price, close to all amenities. Easy to check in check out. Security doors were hard to slide.
- Rob (9/5): Superb -
- Wild (5/5): Passable - Location The airconditioning did not work and it was the middle of summer.
3 of the towels were dirty.
Dishes were dirty.
- Shannon (7/5): Great convenient overnight stay - Was great location and convenient. Nice and clean would stay again. Bathroom was very tiny and air con didn’t work so we left the security door open for breeze and mosquitos got through, maybe a fan in the bedroom would have avoided that. Minor issues we would keep in mind for next time.
- Joseph (9/5): Overall very enjoyable. Very good location. - Close to the beach and cafe.
Nice and clean. Aircon was not working. Just an error message on there. Back door could do with a blind of some kind to improve privacy.
- Insaurralde (5/5): Passable -
- Sarah (7/5): Great location and great for families - Close to the beach Heating/cooling wasn’t working
- Bryn (5/5): Very basic accomodation. Should be cheaper - No internet. Couldn’t stream the sport we intended on watching.
Told they would look into it and nothing happened
- Rose (5/5): Convenience to the beach front ..will not return - location good FIRE HAZZARD.... a lot of difficulty in opening front glass door.. due to deterioation of lock guess due to the salt air and lack of maintanance... REFRIGERATOR VERY UNSTABLE.... Had to find foot of fridge, and reinsert, plus add folded paper underneath to stabilize.. SINK DISH DRAINER.. dirty and required scrubbing several times before we were confident in using it.. TOASTER blew all electric power when we used it the first time,,so no toast for us.
- Chris (6/5): Pleasant -
- Paul (5/5): Passable - Location was great Dirty couch, dead bugs on floor, no coffee tea milk provided
- Miriam (6/5): Great location but an old unit - Great location close to the beach, but it’s an old/run down unit. It could do with an upgrade and needs a dishwasher.
Disappointing that there was no washing machine available when I asked the staff, as there is no laundromat in town. We used the laundry facilities at the caravan park across the road, where the staff were very obliging. I had to ask for a broom as the floor got very dirty with sand etc and we stayed 6 nights.
These units would probably suit travellers staying for just a night or two.
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
