• Muhammad (8/5): Home away from home - Home was cosy and felt like home away from home. Amneties are ALOT downstairs, coffee shops, convenience stores, minimarts, restaurants etc. The location is also considered central to where I planned to go. If host can provide a microwave it will be wonderful.
• Adil (9/5): - We stayed there for a month with small kids. The apartment is well suited for a family. It has a fully-stocked kitchen with a 2 door fridge, an electric cooker and an air fryer. There's a washing machine (washer dryer) and a covered area to dry clothes. Bedroom are decent sized, with ACs, cupboards and attached bathrooms. Both bathrooms have a shower and the owner keeps towels, soaps and shampoos stocked. The building has a gym, a prayer room, 2 swimming pools (adults and kids), a children's play area and a coffee shop on the 9th floor. I used the pools quite often, they're large and well-maintained. Parking was included, although we didn't rent a car at the time. As others have mentioned, the location is excellent. There are many restaurants (halal and non-halal), grocery stores and eateries in the area, including a clinic and a couple of pharmacies if you need one. All within walking distance of the apartment. In addition, it's barely 10km from KLCC, quite easy to get a Grab and reach the city in under 30mins. The Wifi worked very well (she upgraded it while we were there). She has a decent-sized smart TV (perhaps 45") with streaming apps. It's certainly not a tiny monitor like some other homes have in their place. Finally, props to the landlady. She is responsive and helpful, keeps the house in good shape to make guests comfortable. Some furniture is light. My children managed to smash the barstool by just dropping it on the floor. The banana chair is very noisy when it rocks. The garment steamer looked broken, we avoided using it.

• Ryad (5/5): L’appartement est plein de cafards à notre arrivée, l’appartement est bien mais obligé de badger pour entrer dans l’asce - Les restaurants en bas de l’immeuble et c’est tout ! La hauteur des immeubles, entouré de buildings, le soleil de la piscine caché par les immeubles, pas de vue sur le centre ville, parking privatif au 5 étages , une carte pour entrer sortir, prendre l’ascenseur trop compliqué et les cafards

• Mohamed Salihin (9/5): - Everything about the house. Complete with all the things you need in a house. Owner very generous both bathrooms were equipped with big bottle of shower cream and shampoo. Not the cheap ones. Cudos to the owner. Lots of towels which is great. House very clean and spacious. With L-shaped balcony. Check in and out very easy and convenient. No need to drive for meals. Restaurants all walking distance. Everything you need is down there. Very large pool and no guards walking and staring at you😅. All bedrooms with hair dryer. Working washer/dryer. Recommended to stay here. Best of all....no deposit. Will comeback again. Pillow and mattress a bit stiff. Steam iron not working. But got another spare normal iron.

• Nazurah (10/5): Exceptional - The location is convenient, lots of halal eating place at the Ground Floor - mixue, ai-cha, mamak, bask bear, cendol etc all within walking distance. Also speedmart, KK mart, clinic & pharmacy. The property is exactly like the photos, clean & comfy. The check in process was smooth and the host is very responsive. I will definitely come again.

• Amna (7/5): An okay apartment - I liked how the amneties are closeby and the communication with owners was smooth. The apartment is cosy and has cute look. Lack of drinking water, lack of hand soap in the whole apartment, some broken furniture or plumbing issues, small number of extra bedsheets or pillows and cleanliness (bed sheets and carpets were stained and the apartment smelled of smoke on checkin)

• Juraj (4/5): Disappointing - We were 2 and half people there staying for a month. The apartment has 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms a nice spacious kitchen and living room. some basic groceries and a drugstore (not sure if just left by previous guests or by the owner). Washing machine with dryer. The owner is responsive and is always trying to help and solve the issues. The self-checking was smooth with clear instructions well prepared with photos and video. The flat was not clean. My impression was that somebody had just cleaned the floor. Dust, water marks black traces of mold in the bathrooms, dirty sink drain. Dirt under the sofa and other furniture that had to be moved to clean under. Small ants and sometimes small cockroaches not only in kitchen. The biggest con is a lie that there is a baby crib. It is not! There is only a foldable kids sofa (see adv. photo). There are other drawbacks of this apartment that the owner can't influence like: 24/7 noise from highway and road beneath the flat on 31st floor. One bedroom has windows into the building ( like a big chimney where the crane used to be). Noisy neighbours that used to have windows open in this 'chimney' and echo is doing the rest. You can't even go to ask them to be quieter. Only ask non-English speaking guards. Access card that needs to be used almost for every door in the building allowing you to go just the ground floor, 9th floor where pool, very basic gym and small playground are. The location of the apartment is not very good. There are restaurants, grocery shops 7-11 etc on the street but no walking way to go elsewhere by foot. You have to use public transport or grab/bolt, that during our stay was always waiting time around 15 minutes, often canceled by drivers because of long journey (sometimes waiting 40+minutes)
