- Florido (7/5): Good and positive - The flat was clean and warm. The heating worked well and was the best aspect for me. The kitchen was basic but had what I needed. Access was easy via a key safe. There was a selection of tea bags, thank you. No washing machine. No microwave. There was nothing to sweep or hoover the floor. For a short stay this is OK but for longer stays the floor could get dirty and it could become a problem, especially in such a small flat The selection of tea bags did not include any black tea, which is the only type I drink. This is usually important for visitors from the UK. The hot water in the shower is dangerously hot and poses a risk of scalding, particularly for someone who is not fully aware. While the temperature can be regulated, accidentally knocking the tap during a shower can result in scalding. Even without doing so, touching the metal tap on the hot side can cause burns. The water temperature should be slightly reduced at the source, which would also be more energy efficient.

- Monika (10/5): Perfect little holiday flat - The flat contains everything one needs and is positioned perfectly for access to Lüneburg's beautiful centre. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had to report a minor damage on the coffee machine and had a replacement almost immediately. N/a
- Dwight (7/5): Pleasant and carefree stay for two (but not more) in a great location - The location was great--close to the center/pedestrian zone, and easy to reach from train station (if you aren't schlepping a lot of luggage). It was a quiet neighborhood. Arrival and departure very simple (keys in lock box beside front door, leaving keys in the apartment upon leaving). The bathroom was surprisingly large with lots of hot water. Kitchen had all of the necessary items. There was a small bit of confusion regarding the address of the building. W or Wo 1, as it is generally listed, stands for Wohnung, and there are four apartments (Wohnungen) in the building. The house number was not always apparent on the information from Booking. It took some digging to find the address, but the taxi driver was good spirited, and we found it. Although the bathroom was quite large, the bedroom and living area were quite small for two people. We had three bags (international travel) and had to leave them in the living area, taking up all of the space on the sofa and the table because there wasn't room in the bedroom. It works fine for two people with limited luggage, but more than two would not fit. It also smelled a bit of mold. The bed linens were a bit thin (it was a bit nippy when we were there)
