• M (10/5): I absolutely loved the peace of the space. - I loved the space. Very clean. Kept up very nicely. Looked new. Looked like the photos. I bragged about to to close friends. Boyfriend liked it as well. Needed to get the parking issue together. I parked fine but he had a separate vehicle and someone was parked in the front of the house. We managed after having a surprise encounter with a late check in. Peace prevailed.

Easy driving distance to tourist spots. Definitely not luxurious. Modest apartment in a modest street. A little cramped. A second bedside table would have been useful. Outdoor eating area was very bare.

• Valentina (10/5): Very cozy and comfortable, with exceptional cleanliness - We arrived much earlier than expected, feeling exhausted, but the friendly host kindly allowed us to check in well before the scheduled time, for which we are incredibly grateful. She was so kind and welcoming. The apartment itself is small but very cozy and comfortable, with exceptional cleanliness. It’s clear that the host puts her heart into maintaining the place. We wish her success in her business and hope she gains many more guests! We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely return in the future. Thank you! -

• Evan (9/5): So convenient and comfy. A real Miami neighborhood stay instead of some artificial hotel space. Very helpful and friendl - So easy to work with and a comfortable space! Doesn’t seem walkable to restaurants or stores… but good things nearby so no big deal. Couldn’t really cook in the house but there is a small fridge and microwave for pre-cooked food from the nearby Winn-Dixie

• Ian (9/5): Good place to stay near Miami, not expensive compared to others in the area. - Very pleasant apartment, comfortable bed. Supermarket just round the corner. Neighborhood is a little run down, there was a man sleeping in his car up the road. Never met the hosts or learned their names, not a big problem but would have been nice.
• Lakeysha (9/5): Looking for a price efficient place cute this is the place - It was a platform bed that sit too low way too much. They need a boxspring along with the mattress for it to be more comfortable. I was there cause I had surgery and it was very difficult getting in and out of that bed that everything else is OK there is no kitchen, I was looking to have a stove no stove there just the microwave but it would be pleasant if it wasn’t that I was doing surgery I did not like the bed it was too low. I reached out to the owner about the bed asked him did he have a mattress or a boxspring that he can add to it because it’s too low. He said he was sorry that that’s all he had. I did His future, it would be wise to put a box spring underneath the mattress. Other than that it was OK. It was very clean. Easy to get to not too far from the airport. Would I stay there again? I probably would and hope that they will get a boxspring for that mattress and I had surgery. It would probably been OK.

Everything you need from the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful mini terrace with private parking.
