• mamiounette24 (8/5): Bel , grand et confortable appartement . - L'ensemble de l'appartement est agréable, beaucoup d'espaces, beaucoup d'ouverture sur l'extérieur permettant une bonne ventilation et beaucoup de lumière, extraordinaire terrasse qui offre un atout majeur surtout le soir et le matin pour sa fraîcheur. Le propriétaire est attentif à toute demande . Je recommande cet appartement pour son bon rapport/ qualité et prix.

• Anissa (8/5): Logement indépendant situé au dernier étage d'un bâtiment de 3 niveaux avec une grande terrasse - Le propriétaire et son gestionnaire sur place ont été très réactifs, arrangeants et aux petits soins pour répondre à toutes demandes et interrogations. Le logement est situé à l'entrée d'une voie pavée = facilité pour rejoindre les grands axes routiers. Le quartier est animé (commerces, restaurants, boulangerie, pharmacie, lieux de cultes...). Le logement est bien équipé (aussi bien dans la cuisine que dans les chambres). Dommage que la climatisation ne soit pas fonctionnelle (pendant le séjour) au salon et dans l'une des chambres. Aussi, le système pour faire augmenter le débit de l'eau (lié à la construction) est un peu contraignant mais bien expliqué par le propriétaire.

• Austin (10/5): A great host! Would always return to the apartment whenever I’m visiting Cotonou. Happy to recommend it. - Location is at the heart of the city. Neat and spotless apartment . Fully equipped with free WiFi access and tv packages. Nothing actually. Just that you’ve to prepare for the electricity bill as the AC consumes much of it. But one can still manage it economically.
