The hosts were super responsive and a tons of help. Beds we're super comfy. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Didn't bother me at all but if you had mobility issues bathroom and bedrooms are up stairs . Im a heavy sleeper so no issue but lots of road noise

• Paul (5/5): Noisy location - Convenient location with respect to West Edmonton Mall. Ease of off street parking. Good facilities eg kitchen and laundry. No elevator/lift. Steep internal stairs (difficult for elderly or people with mobility issues). Noisy location on a major intersection of two multi lane highways with construction. Constant traffic noise. Too noisy to open a window. No teabags.

• Tomo (10/5): Perfect Location for WEM - The location was perfect, just in front of the West Edmonton Mall and it took only 5 min to the closest Mall entrance. The apartment was also very well-equipped with everything we needed.

• Darlene (8/5): The unit was very nice, comfortable, fairly quiet and very clean, and very nicely furnished. - The property was very nice, and clean, well decorated, and very nice furnishings. No emergency contact number was provided and we struggled in -30 weather to find the right building and get the keys from the lock. 3 flights of stairs was not expected, as well we were not told the property was on two levels, which is challenging for seniors. The one hand towel in the bathroom (for 4 adults) was microfibre and not suitable as a hand towel, two cotton towels would have been nice. The bathroom light flickers and goes out leaving the user in the dark, I feel this is a safety concern.

• Jacky (10/5): Awesome location, beside WEM, but with road noise at night. - I love the location. It is right next to WEM (west edmonton mall). It is just a walking distance to it. The road noise level at night time, the unit is right beside the main road, so you can hear lot of traffic noise. Even closed windows.

The space was humongous and also very charming. It was very nice to have a space in the kitchen to cook and also having a laundry area in the suite. Parking was very close to the building which was very nice as well. Nothing, everything was perfect!

Dirty, not good area, beds aren’t comfortable, in dirty building that smells like pee. have to walk up 4 flights of stairs which wasn’t mentioned. I have problems climbing stairs so would not have rented. Shower curtain stained yellow! One towel each for 3 days. One hand towel for 5 ppl for 3 days. I could go on but I’m sure you get the point.
