• Laura (10/5): Perfect accommodation for a short break - Super cute little apartment in a great location for a short city break. It was perfect for our family trip - fairly quiet neighbourhood but well connected to the metro stations, shops and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. The host has been super helpful, we really enjoyed our stay. Slightly temperamental shower temps but we got the knack within a couple of goes.

• Psas (8/5): Very good - We had a wonderful 8-night stay with our two small kids during the 3rd week of December. The property’s location was perfect for us, as we did multiple day trips by car and train. It’s just a 10-minute walk from Milan Central Station, and there is plenty of parking (paid) right across the street. The apartment is actually bigger than it looks in the pictures and was comfortable enough for our small family. Though the building is a bit old, the elevator made it easy to carry our luggage to the second floor. The self-check-in instructions were clear and convenient, and the Wi-Fi speed and heating in the apartment were both great. We received prompt responses from the property both before and during our stay. Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property! •    We received the check-in instructions the night before our arrival, after requesting them. It would be helpful if the instructions were sent 2-3 days in advance, as the check-in form requires details of all occupants and multiple passport photos.     •    The cleanliness of some kitchen items could have been better as we found residual food in some of the utensils.     •    The shower had a tendency to switch to cold water in the middle of the shower, as the water heater took some time to replenish.

I had asked if its alright to place my bag earlier than check-in so I can travel around the city Place: easy to access; there is an elevator. I love the vibe of the building Facilities: fully equipped house. No issues at all Location: near to the metro and walkable to Milan Centrale Heating: I think the heating in the room might not be working as the radiator didn't feel hot. Though room isn't too cold. Lighting: due to the loft, the room appear slightly dark.

• Yi-ting (9/5): Fantasy room - The room is large and children will like it very much. The water pressure in the shower is not strong enough and the water temperature is not stable. The steel cable fixing knob next to the upper bed stairs is a bit dangerous and may be accidentally scratched.

From the outside, you wouldn’t expect to find such a lovely, well-designed space, but once you step inside, you’re greeted with an interior that truly stands out. The decor is both stylish and unique, making the place feel special and inviting. The inner courtyard adds to the overall atmosphere. The location couldn’t be more convenient for exploring Milan. Situated near a metro station, it’s incredibly easy to get around and see all the sights the city has to offer. Everything you might need is provided, and the cleanliness of the place is top-notch. -

Also when we left we cleaned the place and did not damage anything and they made false claims of damage and a mess. This is not true and atrocious they would even make such accusations. Make sure to take photos of the place clean and undamaged as they may accuse you of the same to make money i would assume. this place was very nice, however they advertised they have parking available, this is not true there is public street parking so it is not a guaranteed you will get parking.
