F. (1/5): Terrible experience, seeking full refund. - Nothing at all. The fan in the lunge room did not work. They double booked the house, we paid a substantial amount to have the entire property and they double booked it. I sent them a few messages, no reply. I paid to have the entire property for my family and my youngest daughter was petrified when when a man and his dog walked into the backyard, the owners of the property double booked. We had our pets in their cradle because of the man’s pit bull.
Giovanni (1/5): We only stayed 1 night. We had to shower at friends house due to dirty towels. Stayed elsewhere 2nd - We didn’t like The bedding and bath towels weren’t clean. Weeds growing down from the ceilings. Damaged flooring. Critters in the roof making noise throughout the night. Obviously gnawing on all the vegetation growing in there. Greeted with an entrance displaying 3 dead pot plants and a mop and bucket. The kitchen had a gas smell. My friend got athsma from the room she tried to sleep in. Evidence of either bed bugs or fleas in bed. One bed smelled of another persons aroma. No top sheet, just mattress sheet and Doona. This property should not be on your books. It was disgraceful. I have many photos. I would have thought properties on your platform would be pre inspected for approval?
