• Andrew (6/5): Great location but horrible bathroom situation and not meant for anyone with a disability. - The location was amazing. Central to all the attractions and great restaurants. The bathroom situation is horrible. They state two bathrooms but in actuality it’s barely one and a half. One bathroom has an absolutely tiny tiny shower that you can’t even turn around in (the shower doors don’t close fully and water spills out onto the bathroom floor) and there is a toilet with no sink. The other bathroom has no shower. If you are elderly or have a physically disability don’t book this place. There is no elevator and the stairs are quite steep and dark. For anyone else who doesn’t mind these inconveniences, then by means book away.
• MGJM (9/5): De ligging van het appartement is fantastisch. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien, maar verwacht geen mega luxe voorzieni - De ligging van het appartement is echt super! Midden in het oude centrum. Alles is op loopafstand te bezoeken hierdoor. Er is vanalles in het appartement aanwezig. Wasmachine, airco’s, koffie, prima uitleg en instructies van de eigenaar. De badkamer is heel compact en opgedeeld in een aparte doucheruimte met toilet en de andere badkamer heeft alleen een wastafel met toilet. Qua verhouding met de ruimte in het appartement zou je een grotere badkamer met iets ruimere douche verwachten. Het is een vrij donker appartement doordat er weinig licht in het appartement kan komen. Maar dat is natuurlijk bekend bij een gebouw uit de middeleeuwen.

• Natalie (8/5): - Very spacious apartment with comfy beds in a great location nearby some fantastic restaurants, supermarkets and an easy walk to the famous landmarks. The kitchen (despite having very limited bench space) had all the equipment you need. The shower bathroom is extremely small.

• Peggy (8/5): - Unbelievable location! Close to everything! Big great room and bedrooms! Italian style apartment was very cute! No elevator, which was fine cuz only 1 small flight of stairs! Good AC in the bedrooms. Market rt outside the door. Several restaurants rt outside too! Very small bathrooms, and only 1 had a shower. Shower is so small that you can barely turn around in it. Had to dry off out of the bathroom. Both bathrooms had a musty smell. AC in great rm is not good. Barely cooled the room off. Rms can get a bit noisy at night due to the great location, but just wear ear plugs!

• Declan (8/5): Overall, the location suited our needs perfectly. - Location, location, location. It is perfect if you want to be in the center of the town. The main living area in the apartment and both bedrooms are very large and comfortable. Everything was clean and as advertised. Plenty of spare towels too. The kitchen was well stocked and essentials were all there. It is as the pictures show you. Two things: 1/Getting access to the property for the first time was not easy. Remote internet access was required to open the front door at the street and again at the apartment front door. This area of Florence is not good for mobile internet. Therefore getting in main door was difficult and getting access to the code for the front door meant going back on to the street again to download the code. 2/Main bathroom was almost impossible to use given it was so small.
• Helena (8/5): The most perfectly located property for hassle free Florence. Fanatic host. Great facilities. Clean. Roomy. Would highly - The location couldn’t be better. Right in the middle of things which reduced walking times and meant we could nip back in between excursions. Little shop with all the basics right there. Location wise it was the best. And the friendly helpfulness of the host and management company was second to none. They went over and above to assist us with everything from tours to taxis and constantly checked we were ok and had everything we needed. Because of the location it did get a bit noisy at night. Didnt bother me I live in London but may interfere with sleep if not used to it. Personally I loved the hustle and bustle and especially the sound of the stores setting up in the morning. It wasn’t intrusive but was there. The key to the apartment was via a mobile which took some getting used to and depended on the WiFi so a couple of times we couldn’t get in quickly but we always managed and when we couldn’t there was always someone at the end of the phone ready to help.

• Alejandra (10/5): Exceptional - PERFECT location! So close to the main Florence attractions. The apartment was comfortable and clean, and we were even accommodated for an early check in which was great! Only one shower but wasn’t a huge issue.
