Anthony (8/5): Very good - The hosts communication and responsiveness was amazing -before, during and after our stay - they really wanted us to have a great time and help where ever they could. The house was in immaculate condition when we arrived and offered us the comfort we were looking for our stay. When departing, one of our guests had forgotten to pick up something from one of the cupboards - again our hosts were straight on to it and arranged for its shipment back to Sydney. A big thank you to the Ocean Stays team. We had a few issues with utilities on arrival - internet (the providers issue) and some electrical issues - these were quick to fix. However on the second day we had more issues with electricals - our host was very quick to arrange an electrician and will now have that particular circuit fixed.
