Guest Reviews
- Daria (8/5): Central place, ideal for a small family for a week or two - The location is superb! On a very beautiful street, near two metro stations and multiple bus stops. You can walk to the Kensington gardens and Hyde park. You have several good grocery shops, bakeries, you name it.
It was warm in the apartment, the kitchen has everything you need, given such a tiny size of the apartment in general )
The beds were comfy and had multiple pillows to choose from. It requires some maintenance: water faucet, bathroom hooks. It would be nice to have some hooks in the hallway for coats as well.
- Joao (9/5): Superb -
- Ana (5/5): nice location. the flat could be great if some more TLC - the location was the best aspect of the property the state of the communal areas was shockingly bad.
The flat is clean but lacks TLC. curtains torn, handles loose etc.
- Carla (6/5): Good, but not great - It's a pleasant place with a good location being near the Hide Park, good restaurants and cafes. It's also located in a great neighborhood full of beautiful places. The apartment was not in good condition. The bathroom cabinet had rotted wood because the water from the shower was leaking through the acrylic protection and running down the furniture. There was a light that wouldn't turn on. The paint on the doors was peeling. The bookshelf in the living room was dusty. There were small things that didn't match the daily rate charged and that made the stay frustrating.
- Fern (3/5): Unpleasant - The location We were disappointed with our stay, we arrived at London at approx 1pm and were not able to check in untill 3pm as the cleaner hadn’t been, which is the standard check in time although when we checked in at night the property was not clean, there was food left in the fridge. Rips in the net curtains, hair on the bed sheets, toilet seat was to small for the toilet, the taps came off when you put the shower on, stained bed quilt.
- Nicola (10/5): Easy, comfortable, cosy flat for a family of 4 - Great communication, excellent location, comfortable place to stay for my family, brilliant value for money. Sofa bed could do with an upgrade if I'm being very critical
- David (7/5): Good -
- Hana (10/5): Exceptional - Great place to stay near the centre of London. Small, clean and really cosy flat in a quiet area. In a walking distance of the public transport. Not much space to put our belongings there but for our stay it was OK. We were group of five people.
- Vladimir (8/5): Very good - Pro-active communication of hosts, whole equipt apartment (including charges), quite location, ideal for children. Entrance (main door, stairs) - cleanliness, apartment - bathroom and windows cleanliness
- Laletha (7/5): Good -
- Aisha (10/5): Pleasant, convenient, prompt response to queries - Location was ideal . Walkable to restaurants and shops N/A
- Anela (10/5): Great value, nice neighborhood - Easy communication, easy to find, getting in- lock box with 2 keys to enter. Nice quiet neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants, equipt with the essentials, one of the rare flats with 2 actual beds and not one bed and one couch. The flat is on the first floor so you need to go up two flights of narrow stairs to get to the flat. The shower head is loose, works fine but won't hold up by itself. You need to hold it by hand to shower. There is a laundry washer but i didn't see a dryer. TV is old and no streaming apps.
- Nik (10/5): Exceptional -
