- Molly (1/5): - No response to any of my messages :( did not find this a good stay
- Tariq (4/5): -
- Paul (8/5): Great location - Location very good and security good The electric fan in the room worked but after five minutes started rattling noisily so I had to turn it off to stop the rattling noise. Unfortunately it was very hot night. Need a new fan or better fan please room 2.
- Shubha (3/5): Too expensive for too little - Only the location was good. Very expensive and they don't tell you upfront about the huge cost for supposedly cleaning. Besides tea bags, sugar and hot water you got nothing. Too expensive and the room was small and dimly lit. AVOID. It was like a student room with NOTHING else

St.Pancras.

- María (6/5): - La ubicación El olor, olía a pies o a agua sucia.
- Vanesa Hebe (5/5): - La ubicación La higiene
- Joana (5/5): - A localização A falta de limpeza do quarto
- Tim (3/5): Take earplugs, don’t use the bathroom. - Central location. Sheets were clean. Powerful shower. It’s a cheap hotel so I wasn’t expecting the best, but this was bad. Walls are very very thin so I was kept awake by people in neighbouring rooms slamming doors. Light fitting in bathroom is hanging by a bundle of taped up wires. Mattress is thin and uncomfortable with springs sticking out. All the furniture was tired, stained or just damaged. Carpets dirty.
- Nicola (4/5): The grass is always greener... - Its location. The whole place could do with a refresh. The mattress was uncomfortable as every spring moved with you and the only reason I slept was because of the fragrant herbs a lot of ppl were smoking. Also, its very noisy there so that's A LOT of herbs that knocked me out..
- colin (6/5): Ideal for me working away from home . - Close to all the amenities Cooking facilities
- Bode Nojeem (8/5): - Very conveniently located close to Kings cross. Ease of access. Room was warm and comfortable Facilities were a bit old
- christophe (3/5): Décevant, très sale - La localisation La chambre était une chambre commune dans un appartement divisé en 4 chambres.
La moquette de la chambre était sale, odeur de moisi, la salle de bains était sale, le rideau était cassé
- AYRTON (7/5): -
- Antony (1/5): Scam - Nothing We didn't stay in this room and awaiting a refund. It took 40 minutes to work out how to access the property as the property manager was not on site to help. Main light was broken and the property manager said "find the bedside light and use that." There were stains on sheets, broken glass on the floor and an all round disgusting property. Save your money, this one's a scam.
- MAKSIM (6/5): - Good place near King Cross, its ok for this money.Good location. The Refrigerator does not work. The mattress is old.
Bref peux mieux faire.
- Michael (2/5): Worrying - Very good location People tried to get In our room had to leave on the Saturday and go to another hotel

- Gael (8/5): -
- Lauren (7/5): Great location, weird smell - Great area, very easy to get to kings cross! Also pretty quiet street and not right near the main road. Bedroom space was large and and had storage options Room smelt horrible! Like mould/ old wet carpets, was only staying one night so wasn’t too bothered.
Bathroom was very nice but sharing between a few rooms so often having to wait

- Andreas (6/5): - - Waschmaschine und Küche vorhanden
- 10 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof Kings Cross
- elektronischer Check-in über Code
- teuer - sehr kleines Zimmer
- sehr weiche Betten
- nicht stornierbar
- nicht sehr sauber
- Jones (5/5): Better options available. - Very convenient location for kings cross station. Rooms in a very rundown apartment block. Communal areas filthy with bags of rubbish. Booked 2 rooms but didn't know they would share bathroom and kitchen with 2 other rooms. Bathroom dated and not as clean as expected. Dirty/ mouldy around shower. Cleaning cloths stuffed into bottom of radiator and left on radiator .Cracked glass on mirror. Double room tiny. Quadruple room has balcony doors with gap at the bottom. 2 light bulbs not working.Piles of towels/ bedding in kitchen under a blanket. Dryer stood in middle of the kitchen. Beds ok but pillows not comfortable. Wouldn't use again. Expensive for poor quality.

- Norazlina (7/5): - Location
- Amy (10/5): - Lovely clean room fab location to catch euro
- Byron (1/5): Bad -
- Jon (8/5): Absolutely fine. Definitely would stay here again. Would appear to be fairly top end (in its class) - Clean, easy to access, light, 3 light options, a fan, windows well curtained. Even a balcony with clothes horse I could hang my hand washing, quiet after 11pm not bad b4 Some minor stuff - would have been nice if the fridge was on. Maybe leave a mop handy as the bathroom floor got very wet at times.
Mattress a bit worn but not majorly.
A bit shabby but if u need shiny go to a premier inn and pay 2.5x!
The public areas of the block are rather dirty but u can’t put that on the apartment owners - once you’re in you’re fine!
- Carolyn (5/5): Would not stay again. - Proximity to Kings Cross. We were allowed to drop off our luggage before check in. Could use some TLC with upkeep. Light in shared WC did not work.
- Azreen (8/5): Overall comfortable stay after long travel day - Overall quite comfortable stay. The toilets and rooms were kept fairly clean. There is a 'just toilet room' (need to fix light) and a bathroom. Small room, but enough space (as a solo traveller) to place luggage and items. (Picture taken from room door).
Staff also nice and quick to respond when messaged (during check-in).
Location is also very near to Kings Cross. This place is a fairly good place to crash in after a long day of travel.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Bed itself was very comfortable. but the base of bed frame is broken, therefore sometimes wake up to back pain. If management can at least put a solid sturdy board underneath, it would solve the sinking bed issue.
Bathroom floor gets wet sometimes after other occupants use, so I suggest to bring slippers at least.
- Michael (2/5): Very poor -
- Searles (7/5): Good -
- Martin (1/5): A thoroughly miserable and uncomfortable experience, never to be repeated - In the communal bathroom, only the bath-shower water pressure was satisfying, although the glass splash panel doesn't make a good seal with the bath and water runs freely all over the floor. Walking into the bathroom in bare feet after someone else has used it is hazardous and unpleasant. There is always a centimetre of cold water on the floor, a serious slip and health hazard; mould is growing up the bath's side panel because it sits in the puddle. The room was small and dingy. The bedding was not clean, nor were the carpet or curtains. The mattress is poorly spring, which makes for a very poor night's sleep - when you sit on the bed, your bottom makes contact with the mattress frame underneath. I only weigh 85kg so this is not a "fat person" problem. The whole place felt neglected. We had booked two nights but we paid out for earlier rail tickets to get us home to Liverpool after the first night, because we couldn't stand the idea of a second night there.
- Boris (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katie2018 (7/5): Great Kings Cross location - ⭐ Great location, 6 min walk from kings cross
✨Good bathroom/toilets No shower mat
Some areas of the flat look a bit run down
- Winn (1/5): Avoid this dirty place - Bed was clean. The whole flat was disgusting, filthy ( except for the bed which was clean). The kitchen was full of rubbish. Mail piled up on top of mwave. Tumbler dryer dumped on middle of the kitchen, which blocked acces to fridge. Fridge wasn't switched on anyway and was filthy. Advertised as own bathroom but this wasnt true. There was one bathroom in the flat but there were 4 rooms sharing it. It too was filthy. Couldn't make up my mind whether to put my feet on the filthy floor ir the equally filthy bath mat. Mop was left in bathroom and was filthy. Dirty wash rag had been left hanging over pipe. Radiator was rusty. So, basically everything was horrible.
- Roger (4/5): Good location, typical prices for location, poor interiors - Closeness to St Pancras station Not as good as it looked in photographs, minimal fixtures, fittings and decor worn and tired
- Kent (4/5): Disappointing - Location was good and as a place to sleep for a solo traveler it was OK. It was not clear that the bathroom was shared between 4 rooms. No private bathroom and shower which just felt awkward. It should be made more clear in the description.
- Winnie (8/5): Very good -
- Sue (4/5): I will not stay there again - We came in at 11 am and asked if we could drop our bags so we could tour the city and not have to take our luggage. The property manager said “no” then said we could drop it off at a different location for a fee. We had to walk 15 min to drop our luggage when he could have given the code so we could have dropped it in the room and left. At 1:30 he txted the code to let us in the room. It wouldn’t have been any trouble for him to allow us to leave our luggage. I couldn’t determine if the room was clean which made me nervous . Questions cleanliness and manager was hard to work with.
- Luis (5/5): Passable -
- Mick (6/5): Pleasant - Good location Trouble getting in
- Ammar (6/5): Pleasant -
- John (7/5): Good -
- Rhys (3/5): Easily accessible property let down by extremely poor hygiene and services. Avoid at all costs. - Secure. Decent location. Good WiFi. No hot water for the whole weekend. Sent Emery a text the first day, said he'd look at it... but it stayed cold.
Hot running water is a basic human right, couldn't even provide that.
Not to mention the mould on the walls.
- William (7/5): Great base if you are independent and just need a bed to sleep. 3 mi utrs from Kings Cross Undergrou - Flexibility and freedom you don't get in a hotel. Room ok for a base and bathroom facilities good Other people in rooms banging doors with no consideration for anyone else. Flooding bathroom and just leaving the door wet. No grab rails or slip free covering in bath, loose door so very dangerous.
- David (9/5): Pleasant Stay - The property is in a prime location next to St Pancras and surrounded by plenty of amenities. The room was very clean as well as the rest of the property, being cleaned daily. The host was very accommodating and communicated throughout.
- Emma (7/5): Great option for early Eurostar departures. - Excellent option for an early morning departure on the Eurostar, it's a short walk from Kings Cross. The instructions given via booking.com were comprehensive and easy to follow. The place was very secure and the bathroom was sparkling. Would definitely stay here again. Nothing.
- Gordon (6/5): Pleasant -
- Khairunnaim (8/5): Very good -
- Guðrún (1/5): BEAWERE! DISGUSTING PLAZE! - NOTHING AT ALL! EVERYTHING WAS AWFUL!

BLOD IN THE MATRESS!
VERY DURTY HOUSE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE!
IT IS NOT HEALTY TO STAY THERE FOR 1 MINUTE!
I WENT INSIDE FOR 10 MINITES AND THEN LEFT , THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME! THEY DONT ANSWERE ANY MASSAGE.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT STAY AT THIS PLAZE...
- Honey (7/5): Good -
- Scott (1/5): Avoid !! - Nothing. Was a disastrous booking. Nothing. Never stayed .didn't not feel safe. Owner would not meet me. Drug taking outside of building. Room/flat was filthy outside. One of the worst booking s I ever made in my life. Picture looks nothing like it in real life. Obviously a council flag converted into shabby rooms. O/10
- Josip (6/5): Trip to London - Nothing special. Very bad rooms, very cold rooms, black walls ....
- Cathy (8/5): Fine for one or two nights and Great location near Kings corss station and lots of food outlets - Greast location Easy instructions
Double bed as described. Basic but clean There was no bath plug and i was hoping for a good soak after travelling all day.I did manage to bodge it but a bath plug would have been expected even in the simplest of establishments unless it was a trick to try not to have hot water used? Otherwise everything was great
- Paolo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lht (5/5): Passable -
- Rebel_egis (7/5): Good -
- Andrew (2/5): Avoid if you want a decent nights sleep - Location Giant patch of mould on the wall, property was unclean, extremely uncomfortable bed with broken springs.
- Anneke (6/5): Perfect stay for a layover. - The bed was so comfy It wasn’t very clean.
- Sahara (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carl (8/5): Very good - The room was spacious and the facitlies were more than adequate for my needs.
Very close to King's Cross and easy to find.
- Julie (2/5): Awful, not clean. Can’t understand why Booking.com would have them on their site. - The location was the only positive thing about it. Not very clean. No tea or coffee. Fridge not working. Clothes dryer in middle of kitchen floor.
- Jill (4/5): I suppose you get what you pay for but it didn’t seem like value for money. Very disappointed - The one good point it was a short walk from Kings Cross Station The access to the building wasn’t great, had another resident not been there we would not have been able to access the building.
We did understand that it was a shared bathroom and thought there would be towels provided or the mention of bringing your own.
However there were towels in the bathroom but they were heavily stained.
The mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. Even though the bedding looked clean there were lots of bits in the bed and the throw on top of the bed had stained on it.
- Chris (8/5): Very good - Perfect location, nice & clean flat, late check-out, value for money as I had a special offer for last minute booking
- Saud (10/5): Exceptional -
- Samantha (2/5): Don’t stay unless you don’t mind sharing with strangers! - Absolutely nothing. I thought when it said shared restroom
it meant the occupants. Not that we had to agree a restroom between units. Strangers. The room was hot and had just a small fan. Beds were terribly uncomfortable and the kitchen was filthy and had a washer sitting in front of the fridge that smelt terrible. Would never recommend and it needs to be labeled as a Hostel
- Santosh (2/5): Not recommendation due to messy room - Location was good. Owner was helpful. It’s was very unhygienic, not at all cleaned, smelly, bed linen was smelling, towel was used ones and room was smelling hell.
- Yuliia (9/5): Superb -
- Mohammed (8/5): Very good - Room was spacious with the added balcony gave it that unexpected kick. No facilities for children
- Philippa (7/5): Good value for money. Central. Safe and clean. - The location is great, easy walk to tube/and eurostar.
The cost is low for the area.
No frills but clean and economical. There was calls to prayer ( I think) I could hear from the mosque next door, at first it was annoying, then I got used to it and quite liked it.
- Rachel (6/5): Pleasant - Location
Kitchen
Security Very basic
Quite noisy
- Joy (8/5): Fantastic and convenient location that provided for all our needs. - Available at last minute request. Close to the train station. Nothing it was great
- Saskia (8/5): We enjoyed our experience - Good hot water and water pressure. Shampoo, toothpaste, cotton buds etc was supplied which was very generous! Code system to enter worked fine. Fine location, close to transport in a safe area. We paid about 80£ per night and for London prices it seems reasonable. There's even a 2nd toilet in case the flatmates are using the bathroom! Curtains did not keep all of the light out in our bedroom.
- Theresa (3/5): Horrible, would not recommend. Paid over £80 , thank goodness only one night. Would not recommend. - Location The outside of the flats were disgustingly dirty.
The flat was dirty and shabby. The code to our room was the same as the front door, was everyone else’s?
The door lock did not work . The view was a balcony of washing. Pictures on advert were not our room.Back of wardrobe was falling off.
- Joy (8/5): The room suited our needs it was clean and comfortable and in a great location for transport. - The location was excellent for our very early morning train. I’ve never stayed somewhere with a shared bathroom so that was a new experience. But that is stated in the description and the price so not a negative.
- Les (7/5): You get what you pay for - The stairs up to the bathroom & kitchen were difficult especially going to the toilet in the night
- E (7/5): Good - Location very convenient. Very quiet.
- Sophia (9/5): I enjoyed my stay and definitely will recommend the property. - The location and the friendly staff who helped me to accommodate and to leave our luggage beyond the agreed accommodation time period The property itself was clean. The building, where the property is, was dirty.
- Lizzie (2/5): we stayed for 15 minutes and forked out to stay somewhere else. - location was convenient there was a funny smell to the room and to get into the building was a hassle itself! when opening our curtains we had a lovely view of someone’s washing! we didn’t feel safe knowing we could type the same code for the flat and the exact same code for our room. we decided to stay elsewhere after 15 minutes of being there.
- Marlon (6/5): Pleasant -
- Zaneta (5/5): Passable -
- Snezhanka (1/5): The host was inadequate when I rang him, because in a first place, he said, he said that send me a message before to let - We did not like anything about the property! We paid for two double beds room and received a direction to open a door occupied by someone else. When I rang the host and asked him for the room I suppose to be in, he told me I had to be on the next floor and instead two double beds room, there was a room with one double bed and one single bed. In fact the building wasn’t the same either! The property was miserable. Smelled awful, and old noise fridge was in the room and everywhere was dirty.
- Tarek (10/5): Hidden gem near King’s Cross - The location was excellent it is just few minutes walk from kings Cross. The check in and out was contactless, quick and smooth. The flat was great with all facilities including kitchen and bathroom. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was provided with hot powerful shower and bath. Great value for money and highly recommend No TV and internet
- Gemma (1/5): Nightmare - Absolutely nothing,
We couldn’t get hold of the owner to get in the property,
We got the cleaners to let us in after we tried to explain to them about we’ve booked this room and the owner isn’t answering our calls? It took 15 mins because they didn’t speak English but they tried to help us, after about 40 mins we got in to the room.
The room smelled of smoke, the bedding was dirty, and the room wasn’t clean.
Complained to booking.com
