Guest Reviews
- Kathleen (9/5): - The location and the ability for 3 people to stay in 1 apartment.
It was a good price. It was cold. The heater not working effectively. Need more blankets on beds as we were cold. The tea and coffee was empty. Found a cockroach on kitchen floor. The beds need top sheets and should be made.
Internet but thats out of their control
- Ayah (1/5): The property was not presented in a clean or properly maintained condition, with multiple cleanliness and maintenance is - Nothing. We expected the property to be presented in a clean and safe condition, so the issues we experienced were quite disappointing and impacted our comfort throughout the stay.
There were several concerns, including a mouldy mattress, stained and unclean linen and towels, as well as issues with the stovetop power. Most of these were discovered late at night after we had already settled in, making it impractical to have them addressed at the time.
With all due respect, I believe these issues should have been identified prior to check-in if the property had been properly inspected and cleaned. While I appreciate the mattress being removed once raised, there were still multiple other concerns that affected our overall experience.
I would appreciate if this matter could please be reviewed and whether compensation or a partial refund can be considered.

- Victoria (4/5): Great location but basic accomodation - Location was a winner
Coffee shop next door and open at 6am Needs a deep clean
Cleaner sheets/towels
Repairs. Extractor fan and rangehood not working.
Internet connection for TV was not working
- Jeremy (1/5): Will never stay here again - Location Where do you start?
Mould on the beds, floors absolutely disgusting and also you couldn’t even shower as the drain didn’t work.
- Mike (8/5): Pleasant stay - Good location near beach and next to cafe
Cleanliness was ok
Shared barbecue facility / area was really nice to utilise with plenty of seating and tables Few maintenance issues, tap in kitchen faulty, have to press a certain way to work
Screen doors at front don’t lock
Stove does not light, you need your own lighter so it makes it bit hard if you don’t have one
There was a fry pan from last occupants that was not cleaned and no scourers provided to clean it
Shaded barbecue facility Benchtops and not been cleaned in days quite a bit of dust and salt buildup, the barbecue was clean on the inside
- Trudi (9/5): Lovely place to stay, we hope to come back again again soon! - Location was great! Easy access to the lock box, very comfortable stay right next door to a cafe which was handy. The shower head was huge so the kids loved that!
All the kitchen amenities were there for us to use, pots, pan, cutlery etc, microwave, kettle and a full size fridge which was great, comfy couch and beds - just like a home away from home! The kitchen sink taps are a bit loose, probably in need of tightening them up a little so its easier to turn the taps on and off, we got caught off guard with those lol. Couldn't get the gas stove top to work / the ignition didn't seem to give a spark to be able to light it. I didn't have matches or a lighter so couldn't test this but I'm sure its perfectly fine, could have been an operator error :-) This gave us a chance to support the local cafe business next door, it was delicious!

- Chris (4/5): Never again. - I didn't like anything. They said there was a seaview, you had to go for a walk to take in the sea view. The property was not clean, the floors with filthy and they actually asked us to seep and mop them. The shower was disgusting.

- Doclaw (2/5): A very expensive one star - The location was the only good thing about the property. The unit was advertised as two bedrooms. It only had one - the other bed was essentially part of the living room, with only a curtain (which didn't even fully close) across it. The kitchen tap was broken, the oven and stovetop didn't work, the floor was dirty, there was no vanity in the very small bathroom so there was nowhere to put anything, there was no parking area, and both doors were rusted and hard to lock. Stay in the caravan park over the road rather than here - it was so expensive, taking advantage of tourists because there's so little available.
- Brenda (7/5): The unit was cleaned beautifully but badly needed some maintenance - Ideal location The unit was somewhat rundown and dated!!
Taps fell off when you used them, glass door with no blinds next to the bathroom. Security door wouldn’t work, curtains to bedroom were missing hooks and very dirty.
Shower taps were leaking.
- Melissa (5/5): Passable - Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work . so made it stuffy when showering
- Howlett (8/5): Great little find. Clean. Comfortable. Perfect for our needs. - Clean. Comfortable beds. Location was v good. The reviews on booking.com didn’t do it justice. It was great for a beach chalet. Well equipped kitchen and good communal bbq area. The bunk beds didn’t have safety rails on the top bunks which I an issue with smaller children.
- Catherine (7/5): Good -
- Davis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Graham (7/5): Good -
- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thitinan (6/5): Would not recommend this place. Go somewhere else. - Nothing No bottle of water
No soap bar
No wifi - poor connection
The contact person doesn’t know anything apart from the code to access the key box
The place is reasonably clean but can be better
Air con wasn’t cover the whole chalets, in bunk bed room has no air conditioning at all - hence it’s too hot
Smart TV doesn’t mean anything since there’s no internet connection
Loud noises from across the road, and the banging sound from the back
- Karen (8/5): Very good - Kitchen fully contained
Separate bedroom was great
TV was great Only 3 out of 4 bedside lights worked in the bedroom, bathroom sliding door was difficult to slide and not all burners on BBQ worked properly.
