• Borton (2/5): Would never stay here again- they should be ashamed of their lack of professionalism. - The apartment was spacious enough for my family of 4. The location was close enough to walk to the bus or the many of the tourist sights. It felt like a safe location. Building was under construction-woke us every day (not disclosed at booking).The deal breaker-Complete lack of of professionalism. We stayed here from Nov. 8-14, booked for 4. We only received THREE towels total. I asked if they can please bring us an additional towel (to make 4). I also let them know that one of the beds was defective and when on the left side of the bed, the slats fall off the base, causing the bed to fall on that side. I wrote to them and was told that, "It's Sunday, office closed. Tomorrow morning we will sure bring you some new." The next day, they accused me of breaking the bed. They said they would send someone to come fix it and also said an additional towel is 5 euros but they would send them (FOR FREE)- they used Capital letters. I advised that I did not break the bed, I simply utilized it as a bed. We even took the mattress off to see what the problem was, and it was just the slats that didn't hook on correctly so when there is pressure on the bed, they come off. I also questioned the fee for towels provided for all registered guests. I did not receive a written response, but the workers did show up to fix the bed but with NO TOWELS. They screwed a couple of the slats on so. Later that day, I sat on the bed to put my shoes on, and again the bed fell. They needed to screw ALL the slats, not just a couple, so they came back to fix the rest. At the end of my stay, I asked for a discount as compensation for our inconveniences (broken bed for 4 of the 6 nights), construction noise, 3 towels for 4 of us). I was told they needed to talk to the boss. I didn't hear back, when I f/u they said "will let you know when I can". Then they berated me for my situation. By Nov 21st, still ghosted me so I f/u again. I got a NASTY message back, accusing me of all sorts of things that didn't happen. I then asked to speak with the boss.
• Jp (10/5): WOW, can't wait to return! - Great location. Updated and well maintained. This was the best place we stayed in during our trip to Italy. That includes an expensive 5 star stay at a Hilton. This property is well located between the Vatican City and Coliseum. So, you can enjoy the walks and so much to see and enjoy between these two sites. You never need a taxi unless you go further out. Large modern kitchen, very spacious and open layout. Just a great experience to enjoy Italy. Exceeded my already high expectations. We will be coming back. Nothing, this place was great.
• Wendy (10/5): Perfect apartment for your visit. - Location, plenty of space, beds were comfortable, washer AND dryer available. Hosts were super friendly and even let us store our luggage at their office as our flight was later. This apartment is perfect for a long stay as it has so much space. Hard to find in this location. Bathroom door can’t lock. Hopefully it can be fixed easily.

• Jennifer (10/5): Amazing Location and Space - Our other European stays will have a lot to measure up to! This place has it all! Beautiful space, friendly staff and neighbors, community with cafes and restaurants, and location to Vatican, Piazza Navona, taxi stand and market/grocery store. Our family of 6 (3 adults and 3 children (ages 9,7,4) were very comfortable in the large space. The pull out sofa was the best we have ever used, super comfortable. We will be returning to this location in the future for sure!

• Natalia (10/5): Very nice apartment - The most important thing about this apartment: its excellent location. We stayed in Rome in different areas. This location is the best. Everything is nearby, everything is within walking distance. And the apartment is, of course, very well equipped. The mattresses are comfortable, the linen is new, the air conditioning works great. It was difficult to regulate the water temperature. But this is a trifle compared to the advantages of the apartment.
• Ajay (6/5): Pleasant - Nice location, newly furnished apartment, kitchen has most needed gadgets, big refrigerator, modern toilets, air-condition is effective. Service lacks courtesy, soap dispenser was not working on complaining, they told will replace next day, so had to buy ourselves, door handles of both the toilets came in hand. Basic item plates were missing in kitchen. And most annoying, it has too many doors and all with keys and even elevator need key. So on checkout, they asked to leave key inside on table. With so many luggage to take down and each door need key, it was difficult so we asked to please collect key at downstair, but no response from them. It was very difficult to manange.
