• Alessia (3/5): Sconsigliato, almeno in inverno! - La posizione è ottima, vicino a due stazioni della metro, ma molto facile muoversi anche a piedi. L'appartamento ha le dimensioni giuste per una vacanza per 5 persone, avendo 3 camere da letto, anche se un solo (piccolo) bagno con vasca. Letti comodi. Proprietari gentili, disponibili e reperibili subito, anche se non risolutivi. L'appartamento è vecchio e ha bisogno di una bella sistemata, cavi liberi, nessuna sicurezza elettrica, tutto che cade da un momento all'altro. Ma la cosa peggiore sono le finestre, praticamente è come non averle, visto che la parte inferiore è costituita da una grata con all'interno un condizionatore che lascia passare tutto il vento gelido dell'inverno di NY. Vergognoso affittare un appartamento in queste condizioni in inverno, si gelava e infatti ci siamo tutti ammalati. Per non parlare del prezzo! Visto che la proprietà si è resa disponibile a rimuovere il condizionatore, non capisco perché questa operazione non viene fatta alla fine dell'estate ma attendono che qualche ospite si lamenti e nel frattempo si geli visto le temperature di dicembre.

• Carolina (1/5): pésima experiencia - el poder ingresar con código No me gustó no saber que el departamento estaba en el cuarto piso y que no había ascensor. El edificio tiene la basura en los pisos. El aire acondicionado es super ruidoso y los cuartos se veían sucios.

• Katherine (7/5): Stay was comfortable and convenient. - The apartment met all of our needs and was perfectly located and comfortable fo rour family of 5. We did not have enough hand or dish soap. The hand soap in the bathroom had obviously been filled with water to make it last longer. The shower head also did not work properly and sprayed water everywhere in the bathroom, until we were able to adjust it so that we only used one head.
• Yehonatan (7/5): Good - The location is great, the apartment itself is not in good shape.. The floor and stairs are offside, the restroom can't be locked, the heat radiators are not controlled well
