• Tara (4/5): - The air conditioner didn’t work it was hot as, the pool was dirty there were no outdoor furniture to sit on or have a bbq, the front door was damaged. Overall was not happy wit the house compared to the description
• Fiona (8/5): It was a lovely break and we enjoyed our stay. A few small changes would have enhanced the experience. - Location was great It’s was spacious enough for all of us. The pool was fantastic give how hot it was for the first few days of our stay and the apartment did not cool effectively. Opportunities for improvement may be - adding a blind on the window above the main bedroom bed. The street light and morning light keep that room lit overnight making it hard to block out light. - consider some outside chairs for the balcony to enjoy the view and outside. There was one plastic outdoor chair for the apartment which made this wonderful balcony unusable for the family. - air conditioning unit was not as effective as required in the heat. The apartment internal temperature did not decrease at all despite following directions of use. - the damage to the front door implies the apartment had been broken into which is not an ideal first impression as you enter.

• Kriss (5/5): The only good part was the view - The view Cupboards didn’t close middle shower couldn’t turn off. Pool was a mess and not maintained

• Helen (8/5): Very good - Clean tidy very comfortable beds plenty of space for a large family. Great views . Very close to Cavil Avenue only a 10 min walk. Needs a little outdoor setting on the balcony or by the pool. Kitchen cupboards were a bit tricky to get to close and the door to the little balcony off 2nd bedroom needs more than 1 screw in each so it can open and close better. And the front stairs at entrance need a non slip grip to prevent falls when raining.

• Mickael (8/5): Very good - Spacious and clean. Suitable for a big family. Nice views and proximity to surfers. Confortable beds and cool bedsides. It would be good to have more kitchen utensils to cook in. The main bedroom drain was blocked. Internet was very weak. Kitchen cupboards are fidly to close.

• // (9/5): Great place. But note to the owners, please change the people who manages the property - The location and the interior of the facility were superb. It is evident that the owner has invested a lot of money to make the property look great. However the people managing the property are absolutely horrible. We had several complaints over the course of 4 days and not a single one of them were taken care of. NOT A SINGLE ONE! The worst of them all was not taking care of a plumbing issue under the sink which made the whole place stink.
