No momento do check-in, o atendimento (Feito pelo Fred) não trouxe clareza nem solução. Fica ao consumidor refletir sobre a postura da empresa e de seus colaboradores antes de concluir a reserva — administração pela Homes 535.

- Sandra Helena (1/5): - O apartamento é agradável. Ficamos sem água quente no quarto. Os funcionários do prédio avisaram, quando questionamos, que havia ocorrido problema na caldeira do prédio. Entrei em contato com a administradora e ela sugeriu que eu esquentasse a água (no fogão)! Achei absurdo pois o próprio apart falou que era um problema ocorrido há alguns dias e mesmo assim locaram o apto.

- Adrian (8/5): Very good - Everything was nice, just one thing was I couldn't bring anyone in unless we had permission. So I won't be booking this place again. Had to get permission after I booked the apartment. I booked it so that I could bring friends around for food.
