• Sonja (10/5): Bellissimo - Bellissimo, vista spettacolare, silenzioso, piscina, sauna e anche la palestra. Non c'è una reception ma il contatto con lo staff è stato sempre molto veloce e soddisfacente. Mi è piaciuto molto il soggiorno qui! Per ritirare le chiavi bisogna andare in un altro luogo ed è scomodo con la valigia appresso.

• Alison (6/5): Apartments not good - The complex was beautiful and well maintained. The pools are warm and big. The beds are terrible the worst beds we have ever had. The water pressure in the main bathroom was bad, and the control that switched the shower head kept falling off the wall. The sofa bed that is meant to be electric was stuck open, leaving the sofa uncomfortable to sit on. Almost all of the dishwear and glasses were chipped. The apartment comes with 1 fob to access the lifts and facilities. This is very inconvenient.

• Noppen (10/5): It was absolutely stunning, I will miss the view and how close everything is. - How comfortable the stay was, the view was amazing from bedroom with the amazing city view and beach view together, seeing along the whole coast line. Has everything you need to cook and make your own meals, dishwasher and a big fridge for people staying a long stay. Aircon and heater both work. The place is in walking distance of everything. Only thing i didn’t like was that there was no parking. So the 4 nights I was there I would have to wake up before 9am every morning and run down to a near by car park and pay all day parking or cop a $108 fine. So maybe a parking spot for the apartment in the future would be an amazing.

• Stephen (8/5): Modern apartment. Ideally located. Let down by some of the basics ( ie poor Wi-Fi). - Good location. Great views up high. Very modern apartment. Access to tram great. Wi-Fi was terrible. Bedroom window did not open. Only one key provided.
• Vuli (10/5): Great Stay :) - From when we picked up our keys and the stay in general it was everything we expected and more! The view was amazing, it was close to parking aswell, like a 1 to 2 min walk to parking. The facilities were great there was nothing wrong with them, I would definitely recommend this place for next time and hopefully get to stay there again. How there was only one tag to get up and down and to places around the building.

• Ianthe (9/5): Perfect location in Surfer’s Paradise with a beautiful view and great hotel facilities - Perfect location right next to the beach with a beautiful view of both the ocean and the city. Tram station right outside so super easy to travel around. Love that there’s an indoor and outdoor pool/spa as we didn’t have great weather so we mostly used the indoor pool. The cafe downstairs was really good too. Loved everything except the bed was quite hard so not very comfortable. Would have been better if parking was provided as we had quite a bit of trouble parking in the public parking lot, but that isn’t the property’s fault just something to keep in mind if you’re driving.
• Karolyn (9/5): Good location close to all Surfers Paradise has to offer. - Great location- in the Meriton complex. On the beachfront. 1 bedroom apartment with city and river view from balcony. Ocean view from bedroom. Good restaurant and coffee shop located on the 1st and ground floor. Tram is a 2 minute walk. Cheap car parking 3 minute walk. Bed is hard and Queen size- small. So not very luxurious. Some mould around the bathroom plug and hair in the shower. Check in is via locked box nor on premises. They issued me with incorrect code to access key, so had to make phone calls to holiday rental manager for new access code. Only 1 key and fob per room makes it inconvenient when 2 people are staying in room. Need fob to access complex, elevators, pool so it means that if your at the pool and partner want to head back to room. Both have to leave. Inconvenient.
