• Chate (1/5): Very disappointed stressed over the owner - Our swab key didn’t work on second return too room had too wait for owner by taxi and whole time blaming me my fault the key was old and dented I had put in my front pocket the swipe card was terribly discoloured dented now she is asking for $300 for me too pay for The owner and nobody on site can help you even the Concierge wasn’t aloud too help It took over a hour for owner too get their and whole time sending me texts blaming me before she even got there and even late at night when I was in bed trying too sleep sending offensive texts

• kathie (1/5): Beware - Location The apartment lacked in several areas No body and hair lotions, shortage of toilet paper, sink blockages, uncomfortable pillows, kitchen area had no dishwasher tablets, no complementary tea, coffee, milk or sugar, no cleaning utensils such as brush and shovel, interrupted sleep due to late night construction. Paid a premium price and the apartment didn't reflect this. Approached owner via booking.com six weeks in advanced for early check-in and received a response on day of arrival that my request was denied and so was late checkout causing my parents to wait 5 hrs after a long flight. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

• Crystal (1/5): AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - Leaving! You could not adjust the air conditioner. I have medical conditions and this made me sick. Had a guy evicting someone and throwing everything they owned (including mattress) on the foot path out the front. The place was ten billion degrees, with no overhead fans. The apartment slept 3. There were 11 chairs in the apartment and a couch PLUS a chair in both of my cupboards. Why? Concierge were extremely unhelpful. Did not appreciate having to complete the great Amazing Race to get in the door, with a full bladder. Raging nightclub nearby cranking to early hours of the morning.

• June (10/5): Lovely location/view & great communication with Winnie. - The aircon wasn’t able to be adjusted… both myself & work colleague were very hot during the night… in a ball of perspiration. The pillows were uncomfortable & I would have loved tissues or paper towel.

• Lorna (7/5): Great views comfy apartment! Check WiFi in advance. - The location is fantastic and the city views from the high up floor are amazing. The pool facility is also lovely just as in the photos. The WiFi didn’t work. The internet is just a router with a mobile sim in it. We had the name of the network and the password correct but none of us were able to join. Despite the lovely housekeepers best efforts to help, we couldn’t connect. All 3 of us had different phone types including Apple & android & up to date software. Also a friend came who lives in Australia and couldn’t connect either. So there was clearly something wrong or incompatible with the WiFi setup. If WiFi is critical for your stay you should consider this. Also the apartment was absolutely lovely but needs a bedside table & lamp in the rooms. They are very basically furnished. Huge wardrobe space but no hangars. Also only 1 key+swipe card between 3 of us. 2 would have been better. If these things don’t matter for you I highly recommend :) we did have a lovely stay.
• Kristina (8/5): Bring long sleeves and sweaters in winter to stay here. Great window views but extremely cold. - The outstanding views over the city because of all the windows. The temperature was controlled so that we were unable to change it. The weather dropped and we were quite cold each night in our rooms because we were unable to turn up the heat.
• Tse (1/5): It is a scam to state “service apartment” of this property, and comes with such poor conductions and services. - The location The post is misleading the people to not stating that it was an Air B n B thing, rather than a service apartment , which does not come with ANY service like a service apartment. The agent or contact person (or the owner of the property) is totally rude and doesn’t respond to me when I want one more blankets, also I stated to need 4 people to live there, but eventually there is ONLY one double bed and one single bed, one person needs to sleep in the sofa at the end. Either the host is not reading my booking or the website is misleading people. There is ALSO no shower gel in the apartment, so I couldn’t shower properly! Besides, the poor condition of the flat, the lady who manage the flat, called Winnie, was supper rude, she kicked me out of the flat at 10am, but my flight is at 2pm, I could not even negotiate for putting my luggages there for 1 hour till 11am and then leave, Winnie was supper rude and did not willing to communicate but keep saying next customer is coming and I need to return the flat, also she keep saying it is by the contract said 10am check out, and I enjoyed. Cheaper price so I get what I paid, however I did not aware any of it, and it is nothing like a service apartment!!! Her manner is really bad and made me feel very bad of booking. Com too! I even feel it is like a scam at the end of it.
• Weiqi (2/5): Can't match the price of the house feeling - Location Landlord's attitude 1. I was not told how to pick up the key when it was close to check in time. 2. The booking said there is a private pool, but in fact it is the supporting facilities of the flat, and you need to ask the landlord to find out on which floor. 3.No welcome drink or snacks. The house🏠 1. only shampoo and conditioner in one bathroom, no shower gel. 2. there was no rubbish bin in the bathroom and the only bin in the whole room was in the kitchen which was very inconvenient. 3. The landlord did not tell me how to use the central air-conditioning when we checked in, and the central air-conditioning suddenly broke down at the back of the room, resulting in us needing to wear duvets in the room on our last night. 4. The curtains on one of the windows in the living room were broken. 5. there was no membership for the TV and the variety available to watch was very limited. 6. The drain in the bathroom isn't very smooth. 7. even more outrageously, on the last night, there was suddenly no hot water in the room, and when I asked the landlord, he also queried me for not turning the tap to H!!!! No solution was provided.

• Emily (5/5): Our expectations were that we would be staying in a ‘luxury’ apartment but it was actually a clean, zero frills stay. - Location Crap towels, (and no extra towels) no hand towel in one bathroom and we found a bath mat outside on the balcony to use in the 2nd bathroom. There wasn’t body wash/shampoo/conditioner in each shower or even hand wash in each bathroom! No hot drink making ingredients Trundle bed was atrocious - like sleeping on hard floor

• Little (7/5): Location is not to be beaten - It is a very well located apartment. It is well appointed too. My only reservation is the roll out stowaway bed for the fourth adult in the tiny second bedroom. The bed was not comfy and there wasn't any bedside lighting or table. This is a great place for three adults max. The host was easy to communicate with and instructions for entry were precise, helped by photos. There really wasn't enough bedspace for four adults. Two kids maybe.
• Kay (7/5): Good - The location was perfect for exploring Sydney. Nice apartment. We had great difficulty getting access. If we had been sent the code the previous day, it would have saved a 2-hour wait. We were very unhappy about the pull out bed. It was extremely uncomfortable and not appropriate for an adult. No spare toilet roll, coffee, tea, or milk. There is no information folder on the apartment, i.e., rubbish disposal or a local convenience shop for supplies.

• Katharine (7/5): Good apartment but very high up so avoid if scared of heights - 2 bathrooms was great. Also good to have washing machines & dryer A bit of a mission to get keys. Didn’t receive photos with information prior so had to ring on arrival. Booking.com app said “someone will meet you on arrival” but instead we had a find a lock box attached to a pole & crouch down in the street to unlock. Not the best arrival. Also no information in the apartment about wifi or anything else. Most places have a little booklet with information about the place but nothing. I had to message owner directly on what’s app for details however she did respond quickly.
• Sharon (7/5): Great Location but not Luxury as advertised - Location of the property was excellent - it was right in the heart of Sydney shopping with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment was clean. Host gave excellent instructions for access to the apartment and was responsive to questions. While the location and cleanliness of the apartment were excellent, the apartment was not luxurious as advertised by the owner. The primary bedroom had broken chairs in the wardrobe, rendering them unusable (the wardrobes). The main living area had a broken coffee table with a missing leg that could not be used. There were a couple of blinds in the lounge area that were on the floor as they were broken. Given the price that we paid per night ($AUD750) this was not a suitable standard. There were a number of paper signs taped to the walls for guests that were not necessary - no smoking, don't use the towels to remove make up etc. The furniture in this apartment was mismatched and would have been well suited to a student flat not the luxury apartment as advertised. The bedrooms had a queen bed in the primary and a single in the second bedroom, making it only suitable for 3 guests not 4.

• Shelby (6/5): Despite the good things said, was not worth the amount of money we paid for it. - The view from this apartment was absolutely spectacular. My friends and I loved the balcony where we could have a few bevs and relax, we were on it every night. We loved the pool and went into it nearly every night we stayed, despite the cold weather. The couch in the living area was insanely comfy and my friend ended up crashing on it every night. I loved how the location of the stay was central and had many facilities around, coles is just a 2 min walk down the road! Despite the lovely view and facilities, the place did not exceed my expectations. Firstly, the host didn't give us specific instructions until after she sent through not-quite-helpful information to enter the property. We had to retrieve the keys from a lock box connected to a bike rack that was across the road, really sketchy and felt like an escape room, and I know escape rooms. This isn't something that you really want to do after arriving early in the morning and having to store our bags at the TSG and wait for 3pm to roll around to check in. We finally entered the building and it smelt like cat piss. The host could have provided us with some basic amenities like tea, coffee, or a pan to cook in. The details of booking.com specified that it was a fully furnished kitchen, however this wasn't even a pan? We had to cook our sausages for dinner in a wok. It would be great if there were multiple room keys accessible to us too, especially since we were travelling in a group with friends. It took us a day to figure out where the spare bed was (it was a pullout under one of the beds), keep in mind it was so uncomfortable, the mattress was so thin you could feel the bed frame from underneath. Perhaps the host could explain where it is in the booking.com details.

• Erin (5/5): Passable - Location and view was fantastic, and the main reason for booking this place. I booked for 4 people, however, would be more comfortable for 3 people. Great that there is 2 bathrooms. The pullout single bed was SO uncomfortable, it was a thin matress on wooden slats. Disappointed with the lack of condiments and barely any cooking equipment, felt like we were paying a lot of money for the location and view. Air-con temp. not working properly.

Air conditioning was not working and host wasn't helpful about this when contacted. Had to have all windows open to cool the apartment down which made it noisy during the night.

The second bed room is a trundle bed with the 2nd bed being a thin piece of foam and an interesting looking pillow. The carpets smelt of cat pee and it was “ tidy “ on arrival. • Petr (8/5): 26th floor experience - Comfortable, nice views from 26th floor! Big TV screen with netflix account! Great pool on 5th floor with glass side facing the street. Beautiful building and location. Impossible to use kitchen for proper cooking, as it is not equipped with basic stuff. Lot of space and drawers, most of it empty. What a shame.

Only one key provided. No top sheets on beds. Single beds were a trundle with no space for the kids. Terrible pillows. Only 1 drinking glass supplied. No hand soap. Bad tv reception. Won’t stay again.

• Daimon (1/5): Overpriced, gross, NOT Luxury, Dirty. - The lady on check in was lovely. That’s quite literally the only thing. Definitely NOT Luxury. Family of 4, 3 beds made up, 4th pull out bed had no sheets and not ready. No soap or body wash. Towels were literally see through and had been there since god invented towels. 1 toilet step and 1 makeshift toilet step in apartment was just gross. Duvet on 2 bedroom didn’t even cover the bed, it was literally sitting on top of bed. Bed head had finger prints and marks on it - pretty gross. Bathroom had pubes in the corner of it. TV didn’t work at all, no Freeview. Spoke to the lady (who was lovely) she said we had to connect our phone into it - sorry that’s not good. Not kidding we could not wait to leave and get home to have a shower and get clean.

There was no wine glasses, only plastic champagne flutes. The towels were very thin, and there was no bathroom mat. The toilet paper was very very cheap. The pillows weren't the best.

• Christal (4/5): Photos did not give a good idea of how tight and ill equipped the apartment was. - Location was great. Lady who met us at the property was prepared to just give us the keys and leave us outside -- thank goodness I talked her into showing us how to get in, very complicated - requires three swipes and two elevator rides. Towels threadbare, not well equipped, no glasses, just 4 mugs and 4 plastic champagne flutes. Knives super dull, no hot pads to remove hot food from oven, no bathroom mats, no cooking essentials - spatulas, etc. - no coffee maker, no instant coffee, cutting board was ancient and coffee table was dirty and sticky and covered with a placemat and napkin to cover the stickiness. Couch too bid for the living area - hard to move around - and this ultra modern apartment had strange out of place chairs that were much too big for the given area. Felt as if they outfitted the kitchen with all the old stuff they found at Goodwill...did not match the apartment or the building. Also air condition was inconsistent, we either froze in the living room and too hot in the bedrooms or the other way around.

• Marc (6/5): Good location. Clean. Collecting and waiting for keys mid city is difficult. No bag drop off. - The location is excellent and the apartment is new and clean. The host is lovely and answered any questions via SMS immediately. Darling harbour only 10 minutes walk away. You must meet the host in the street to Collect the Keys. This can be difficult as it is a very busy area. You must phone the host when you arrive, then you wait in the street for the keys. With your bags and traffic, and perhaps rain, and perhaps a family or friends with you, this is difficult. Remember you cannot check your bags in early, or leave your bags at a front desk on checkout. This is a private Apartment, there is no front desk. The pool is only very cool, and was too cold for me even in summer, the pool needs much improved heating. Children will find the pool too cold. Note- You need to take 2 seperate lifts to get to your apartment. 3PM Check in. Note- the 4th bed is a pull out single trundle bed, underneath the other single bed. So it is the least comfortable with a very thin mattress.

Property looks nice - Smelt like cat piss - very unpleasant - not easy to find - no instructions indicating that it’s a stand alone apartment and no reception desk - had to eventually call the owner to find location and let me in to the first access point. Has potential but unfortunately the smell was that bad had to open every window in accommodation just so I didn’t vomit
• Liam (10/5): A great place to stay in the Heart of Sydney with amazing views. - The location is amazing and the view spectacular. The facilities are great and even has a pool. The apartment itself was clean and had everything you need for a short or long stay, including two bathrooms and a modern kitchen. The host was very nice.
