• Guest (5/5): Для короткої подорожі за свої кошти, 4 поверх без ліфта, до транспорту і магазинів 400 м. - Все чистенько, інструкції пришли вчасно, ремонт косметичний. Є в принципі все для короткої подорожі на 1 або 2 невибагливих туриста. З дітьми не раджу. Є інтернет нормальний, пароль на роутері знизу. Спальна добра, телевізор, смарт. На кухні є майже все крім посуду, його мало. Бойлер, гаряча вода. 4 високий поверх і гвинтові сходи. Тільки з рюкзаками, з чемоданом не підніметеся. Двері без зовнішньої ручки, ключ один - закрили випадково - і все... Ванна - сидяча, душ приняти дуже важко, можна впасти, небезпечна. Плита електрична, гріє дуже довго.
• Lenka (3/5): Poor - A few flaws Bread knife, freezer, table lamps do not light, WiFi does not work, 6 km to the centre, 1200 meters to the metro, no restaurants in the vicinity, communication by phone does not pick up, only SMS and there are 115 steps in the corridor without lighting.
• Nlp (5/5): No lights - The location was good. Had nice parking. The fridge was clean. The apartment was on the 4th floor without a lift, upon entry I was greeted by a fly and unpleasant smell (it was coming from the dish shelves that I opened once and never again because of the odor), the walls were dirty, the floor was dirty, the windows were dirty, there was a dead bug stuck to the toilet wall, rust in the bathroom, black mold in the shower, bed bugs in the bed, those silver bugs in the toilet, found a random sticky rice grain on the bedside table, lights missing bulbs, dust in the ventilator, the hallway to the fourth floor doesn't have lights so had to use flash, the toilet is broken, there was a mysterious white stain on the curtain, stains on the couch chair, broken door chain, the WiFi name and password given in the instructions didn't match the ones at the apartment, the windows are broken, the trash cans were sticky and had yellow stains. Some outlets didn't work. The staff was mostly nice BUT 24h before arrival I asked for instructions on how to get into the apartment. I asked in their working hours. Got no response. I only received a response after midnight. Actually most communication was around midnight to 1am instead their working hours of 9am- noon. Dirty coffe machine

• Sladana (3/5): We regretted choosing this accommodation for our stay in Vienna. Staff very polite but not helpful. Very unpleasant expe - Was at decent location easily accessible via trams downtown as well food stores nearby Was very smelly, not clean including dishes. When we arrived we had to go to buy cleaning tools and products, ground was sticky. In bathroom were leaks. One radiator was not heating. The kitchen hood was not working (electrical cable was cut). Internet was working first day but after we couldn't connect.
