• Alexis (10/5): Vraiment top top top - L’emplacement était vraiment top, tout proche du dlr et d’un magasin. L’hôte est réactif est super gentil et arrangeant. Un jolie appartement où on s’y sent bien.
• Achim (9/5): Hübsches Ferienapartment in der Nähe von Greenwich mit eigenem Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. - Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und geräumig. Eigenes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Im großen Wohnzimmer standen zwei Klappbetten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Wohngegend ruhig. Ein Spaziergang ins nahegelegene Greenwich lohnt sich. Wir haben sogar 2 Füchse gesehen. Direkt vor der Wohnung gab es einen privaten Parkplatz, nicht unwichtig in London. Zur Docklands Light Railway (DLR) Station waren es gerade 200m. Mit DLR konnte man zum London Tower und nach Stratford fahren und dort in die Subway umsteigen. Die Matratzen der Betten könnten etwas härter sein.

• Idrees (9/5): A nice stay but only for 2 people. - The location is really ideal and safe. A bit smelly and the heating in the salon isn’t working properly during the winter.

• Margareta (7/5): Perfekte Lage. Ambiente und Sauberkeit verbesserungswürdig. - Gute Lage. Kurzer Fußweg zum Bahnhof. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar. Das Bett war bequem. Der Fußboden war sehr schmutzig. Überall Haare und Staubwolken. Die Arbeitsfläche in der Küche war klebrig, was man auch nicht abwischen konnte. Der Abfluss in der Dusche war bei unserer Ankunft verstopft. Das Wasser lief erst ab, nachdem wir große Büschel Haare und Schmutz entfernt haben. Insgesamt war alles ziemlich schmuddelig. Die Wohnung ist für mehr als 2 Personen nicht geeignet.
• Cristina (7/5): - Locatia apartamentului - in spatele cladirii este statia DLR si ajungeam in aprox 30-40 min in centru. Managerul a fost ok, ne-a dat tot felul de informatii. In momentul in care am fost noi, a fost destul de murdar - pe jos era mult praf si par de animale, in baie erau probleme cu scurgerea, curatenia era facuta doar la suprafata. La dus era mucegai, gura de aerisire extrem de murdara. Am vrut sa facem noi curat, dar aspiratorul si mopul erau in stare rea. Sper sa remedieze pe viitor aceasta problema.

• Renato Takeuchi (10/5): Great location, convenient with parking space. - Great location, the host was fantastic and the property exceeded my expectations. Parking right in front of the front door...I could highly recommend anyone to stay there. Very nice coffee shopts nearby. Very close to the train station and so convenient with lots of shops/supermarkets nearby. Nothing I could think of. I could only say positive things. So it would be unfair if I try to write something here for the sake of it...it was aboslutely perfect for me and my son.

• Emily (9/5): A lovely stay with a great connection to downtown London - The apartment is clean, has all amenities and free parking. It is super close to the DLR station Elverson Road, although you can hardly hear the trains go by. It’s a very quiet area. The owners of the apartment were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

• Joseph (10/5): Comfortable stay, good value for money - Really good value for many. Flat was bright and tidy with good amenities. The communication from the host in advance of my arrival was really thorough, with useful tips for reaching the property and were to get shopping supplies. Only issue was some communication around checking out. There seemed to be an issue with retrieving the key from the lock box after I returned it, but hopefully this was resolved.
• Olga (7/5): I’d recommend this flat if the mattress and inflatable bed were replaced with more comfortable ones - Very nice communication. It was easy to find and check in. Location is super close to DLR. you are at Bank station in London literally in 20 minutes. Quiet area. Unfortunately, the bed and additional inflatable bed were not very comfortable. The sofa, as well.
• Maja (8/5): Great place to stay in London - It is a good-sized apartment. The apartment is fresh and clean. The kitchen is well-eqipped. Generally, the apartment was well equipped with everything you may need. The bed is the bedroom was very comfortable and big with very nice sheets. Towels, shampoo, shower gel etc were included so you don´t have to bring your own. It is a very good location with a train near that takes you to London Bridge station in 8 minutes. A big grocery shop where you can find most of the things is only a few minutes walk. It is nice area. Good internet connection. Host is great! Answered all our questions very fast and gave us a lot of valuable information. Incheckning and out-checkning went very easy. We sould reccomend this apartment and stay here again when visiting London. The extra bed in the living room was not so comfortable, and it was light in the room early in the morning. You could hear the train very early in the morning. The water in the bathroom shower collected fast and took a long time to go to drain (not too big issue but maybe could be approved).

• Rhianne (10/5): Exceptional - I liked the location of the property. Very easy to access. The accommodation was clean and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was fantastic. The only downside for me was the furniture in the living room. I would have like a more comfortable settee to relax and watch tv.
• Katherine (6/5): Great location, polite host, but not cleaned adequately despite agreed arrangements, and cramped bed side. - Great location, less than a minute to elverston road dlr station, few minutes to walk to asda with a tesco and the lewisham shopping center not too far away either. I asked ahead to check in early and the host was meant to arrange for the night prior to be added to my booking, for a rate which I was more than happy to pay, so that they could do the cleaning on that day and leave the keys in the security box for me since my flight was landing early. Instead I got to the flat and had to wait outside for the host to arrive. He went in to the apartment and did a quick "clean" before giving us the keys. He claims that he had a cleaner come to the unit before we got there but the gentleman that left had no supplies with him. The counters were sticky, the bathroom sink would leak underneath when in use, and the shower was clogged. The bedroom had a cot and a highchair taking up a deal of space which led to the bed being very close to the heating unit, which I bumped into several times, and having to slide in between the crib and bed on the other side was inconvenient as well. The cot is not in any of the photos and is listed as an option by request. I asked the host if it could be removed and they said no because the next guest requested it. (which would be nearly a month later since my stay was 29 days). It was also awkward for my boyfriend and I, and a bit emotional for me due to personal reasons. On top of this, I discovered a pair of pants and an adult item beneath the crib, which the host then claimed was a normal restraint that was used as a tether for transporting the crib.... it definitely was not, it was a cheap bdsm wrist cuff. Because of this, I was concerned about the cleanliness of the bedding, there was not another set in the flat, and since there are no dryers it would take all day to dry the bed protector and bedding.. The host did bring a couple more sets of sheets and another duvet cover when I expressed my concerns, and they also came to fix the leak in the sink and the draining improved some but was still not great.

• Trung (9/5): Superb - Good connection to town, DLR is just a stone throw away. If ur. Coming from the folkstone by car it's perfect as its located in the south side and hence no need to drive through the city.
• Ramona (10/5): Ideal for solo traveller - Hosts were very attentive, location was ideal for my stay and as a solo traveller I didn't feel unsafe once considering I had the entire place to myself. Definitely can see myself staying here in the future. I personally don't have any negatives for my stay here.
