• Anna (10/5): Ήσυχο, πεντακάθαρο και λειτουργικό διαμέρισμα - Το διαμέρισμα είναι ήσυχο, επειδή βλέπει σε έναν μεγάλο ακάλυπτο. Οι πολυκατοικίες που βλέπουν σε αυτόν τον ακάλυπτο, δημιουργούν ένα τοίχος προστασίας, με αποτέλεσμα να μην περνά η φασαρία των αυτοκινήτων. Αλλά, πέρα από αυτό, είναι μια ήσυχη πολυκατοικία. Το διαμέρισμα (στον τέταρτο όροφο) ήταν πεντακάθαρο. Ακόμη και ο βραστήρας δεν είχε άλατα. Επειδή αναγκάστηκα να μαγειρέψω κάποια μικρογεύματα, καθώς συνόδευα έναν ασθενή με ειδικές διαιτητικές ανάγκες, διαπίστωσα ότι η κουζίνα ήταν λειτουργική (τόσο τα μάτια όσο και ο φούρνος). Κάποια στιγμή χρειάστηκα λίγο αλουμινόχαρτο. Άνοιξα ένα συρτάρι και το βρήκα. Χρειάστηκα λίγη μεμβράνη. Άνοιξα το συρτάρι και βρήκα. Με την οικοδέσποινα ήμουν σε συχνή τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία, γιατί υπήρχε η ανάγκη να κάνουμε check in λίγο νωρίτερα από το συνηθισμένο, και ήταν πολύ φιλική και εξυπηρετική. Την ευχαριστούμε θερμά. Τέλος, μου άρεσε ότι το μπάνιο έχει παράθυρο. Το προτιμώ από τους εξαεριστήρες.

• ΓΕΩΡΓΙΟΣ (10/5): Πεντακάθαρο και ευχάριστο - Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα σε μια όμορφη γειτονιά που είχε τα πάντα τριγύρω. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο έως και κουτί πρώτων βοηθειών είχε 👍👍μου έκανε μεγάλη εντύπωση. Η κυρία Μαρία πάντα πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει. Προσωπικά θα ήθελα να υπήρχε και μια τηλεόραση στην κρεβατοκάμαρα.

• Voutsakis (9/5): Comfortable apartment with great cooking and washing facilities! - Check-in and -out was very easy and Maria was very hospitable! The apartment is not central but it's easy to catch a bus to the metro, and there was a grocery store and some small shops nearby. The elevator, A/C, laundry machine, shower, and kitchen appliances all worked well, and the bed and towels were comfortable and clean. The TV picture didn't work, only audio, but this was not a big problem for us. The only thing we could have used was a foldable drying rack (the clothesline is over the balcony and a bit precarious).

• Katherine (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean. Very well equipped. The hostess was extremely helpful and responsive. Very safe area. The apartment was close to the Athens metro (Megaro Mousikis) and close to the X95 bus going to the airport.

• Peter (7/5): Not ideal for long stays or families - It is a quite apartment around 40min walking from syntagma. AC in living room and Bedroom. Washing machine was a plus. Super kind host that’s why the “higher” score We travel a lot so for us the apartment was not ideal for a long stay or for families. The floors were icy, there was mold on the walls, and the bed was broken on one side. We also found dirty carpets, curtains, and dirt under the bed. There was warm water but no heat in the bathroom, making it icy to shower, which was uncomfortable While it might be suitable for a short stay or couples, it was difficult for us with a small crawling child. There were a number of missing items that would have made our stay more comfortable: no baby chair (though the owner promised to order one, the order was canceled so we borrowed our friends one), no boiler even though it’s in the listing (the owner mentioned it was broken, maybe good to remove from listing till it’s replaced so we know what to expect ) , no microwave, and no mixer ( we did not expect it since it was not in the listing but would have been nice to have ) . We were also provided with just 2 towels for 3 people during our 7-night stay, and only offered replacements on day 6. The owner suggested moving to another apartment, but with a baby, it was too much hassle—packing, waiting for the other apartment to get cleaned and checking in again, and unpacking—especially since the other apartment also didn’t have a washing machine, which we needed . All in all, we would have appreciated not needing to ask for the essentials, try to find workarounds, or text the owner—just to be able to enjoy our vacation instead

• Massimo (10/5): It’s always a pleasure to stay in this apartment - I’ve stayed here many times and I always come back when it is available, because I like the vibe of the neighbourhood, the services, the proximity with the metro. I don’t use many apartment features but as I can see it is equipped with everything that can be needed for cooking, though nearby there are several good options for any spending. Clean and tidy, silent, on the fourth floor with the lift.

• Massimo (10/5): Nice place where to stay for visiting Athens - The apartment is very nice and cozy, clean and well equipped (located on the fourth floor with lift). The location is very good because the city center (Syntagma square) is easily reachable with two subway stops (the nearest subway stop is Megaro Moussikis, which is only five minutes away on foot). Furthermore, the neighborhood is lively and frequented by many young people both during the day and in the night (but the apartment is very quiet), with many bars, pubs, bakeries, supermarkets, services and restaurants of all levels, from cheap to expensive ones. Finally, the host is super kind and friendly, and is very willing to offer her help. A recommended stay!

• Θεοδωρα (10/5): Exceptional - The apt is beautiful, spacious and has all the possible amenities. Equipped kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning, TV, quick WiFi and a very nice balcony. It is close to the public transport, very clean with nice furniture and a very confortable bed. The host is amazing friendly and helpful. An excellent choice!
