• Nieves (3/5): Apartamento con falta de mantenimiento y sucio - El apartamento era amplio Lo primero no te indican que hay dos tramos de escaleras para subir al apartamento, como unos 15 escalones. Está situado en una planta siete, está bastante deteriorado, sin mantenimiento, paredes sucias y con agujeros, muebles no encajan y no cierran, no tiene cafetera ni microondas, la tetera eléctrica estaba rota, uno de los cuartos de baño interior no tenía luz, así no pudimos utilizarlo. En general le falta limpieza en lo básico, ollas, cubiertos, vasos…Las habitaciones no tienen cortinas oscuras así la luz entra bastante temprano, como a las 5:00 AM en invierno, lo que hace que no descanses lo suficiente.

Bardzo miły właściciel i jego mama powitali nas na miejscu, wszystko pokazali. Spokojnie można dojść spacerkiem do największych atrakcji miasta. Deszczownice w prysznicach ciekną, możliwe ze nie są dokręcone. Ogólnie czysto, kilka miejsc wymaga doczyszczenia. Materac w mniejszej sypialni mógłby być lepszy.

It's also well located (15 mins max to walk to central square) and the host was very friendly and responsive. I'd stay there again! It would be useful to have a blind in the non en-suite bedroom to keep the light out in the morning, but otherwise it was all great.

The apartment itself is nice, hot water and air conditioner are working prefect. The kitchen has enough facility for your stay. All good, just the mattresses need upgrade.

• Ziwei (6/5): Good for a short stay in Tirana - Good location, spacious, checkin was easy. AC worked well. Has a washing machine and 2 bathrooms. Parking downstairs was hard to find when we arrived in late afternoon. Parked in the private parking and then moved the car in the morning. Good location for walking around the city but not super close to the main attraction (20 mins), but you stay among the locals which is a nice experience. The apartment was passably clean but the bathrooms could use some deep cleaning. Floors felt a bit dusty too.

There are a number of bars and restaurants around. 20 minutes walk to city centre. Finding the address was a challenge and in the end we only succeeded because we met with the owner. The surroundings are a bit rundown - but not the apartment.

The man is ready for any agreement, to provide help at any time, he is very pleasant and cooperates well. The apartment was very clean. Everything was in its place, everything needed was available. Cleanliness on a grand scale. The apartment has all the necessary things for a stay, dishes for preparing food, towels, quality pillows and quilts, TV, wifi, cup, basically everything you need. We was a 4 person and the apartment its so many place for all of as. The price is very, very affordable. The city center is also nearby. Cooperation with this man is great. I recommend that you enjoy the cooperation and the beautiful apartment.
