Sheila (9/5): Excellent service we really enjoyed our stay and we have agreed to book again - The apartment 143 was just like the photographs, very clean plenty of spare towels and bedding. Kitchen very well equipped everything you needed. We did have a minor problem with the fridge but was sorted within the hour. The mains switch by the microwave had been switched off which we did not realise. We had requested a cot for my niece but couldn’t find it in the apartment but a phone call to Louise and it was sorted right away a brand new cot was delivered within half an hour. A special mention to Louise and her staff for sorting out our problems. Nothing really to say other than the main bathroom the drains where smelly and the window was too high to open so the condensation on the ceiling above the sink needs to be addressed. Maybe for future clients a little sticker by the switch to alert them that it needs to be switched on for the fridge and oven.
