Bronwen (9/5): Comfortable but lack of important information - Location was good and comfortable Arrived late in the evening and there was no information to let guests know how to operate the heating, and it was freezing, or the internet. Also note there is no TV We were not told the we had to pay a 300 pound bond until a day before we arrived, which wasn't paid back until a week after leaving.
