• CHIA YIN (9/5): 地點依房東指引容易找到，距離地鐵站步行約10分鐘內，但若帶長輩或拖行李會稍微吃力。大樓有電梯，房間小而精緻，以此價格來說整體表現不錯。 缺點是隔音較差，半夜可聽到走廊其他住戶喝酒嬉鬧聲，推測與短租住客較多有關。整體而言，若不介意聲音，CP值 -

• Nuraishah (7/5): Clean, conveient location and overall comfortable but small for our family of 5. - Location and the fact it has washing machine n dryer is very good. Host is also super responsive and clear with instructions. Small for a family of 5 with the number of luggages we have. If 2 of the rooms converts the bed into bunk/pull out beds, it would be best. Super spacious that way :)
• Marcus (9/5): Great host, great stay, great location. - Location was great. About 5 minutes walk from shin Okubo station and along the way, you will have access to all the different convenience stores. Bed was comfortable and place was well equipped with whatever we required. Place was just a tad smaller than what I had imagined but cosy enough for between 4-5 pax.
• YINGYU (10/5): - 周圍很熱鬧，旁邊有唐吉訶德跟便利商店，也可以慢慢的走到歌舞伎町跟新宿 有點小，行李要分批打開
• Dan-Vy (6/5): Overall, a great stay in a vibrant and accessible neighborhood! - We loved the convenient location right in Korea Town — it was such a treat to be surrounded by so many Korean restaurants and cafes, especially since we really enjoy Korean cuisine. The apartment was just a few minutes’ walk from Shin-Okubo Station, which is only one stop from Shinjuku, making it super easy to get around. Even though the area is lively at night, we didn’t notice much noise inside the apartment, which was a pleasant surprise. The apartment itself was well-equipped with clean towels, a washer/dryer combo, and plenty of power outlets. Each room had its own air conditioner, which made it very comfortable. A highlight for us was the coffee machine with pods — such a bonus, especially since the local café coffee wasn’t quite what we're used to. We just picked up some milk from the Lawson's convenience store located right under the building, which was super convenient. The beds were clean and decently comfortable. The living room felt quite cramped with 4 adults, especially with a 6-seater dining table placed in the center. We had to move the table and chairs to the side just to create enough walking space. Additionally, the bedroom doors open outward into the living area, which further restricted movement and made the layout feel a bit awkward. While each bedroom had a projector — a nice idea in theory — the settings were entirely in Japanese. It wasn't clear how to change them to English, which made it difficult to use without relying on Google Translate. The shower temperature was also a bit tricky to figure out. Clearer instructions could have been provided, so it took some trial and error, and the help of Google Translate before we were able to adjust the temperature properly.
• Ana (9/5): Estadia muito agradavel - Localização boa , perto dos transportes publicos, zona animada com muitos bares, restaurantes e supermercados. O apartamento tinha maquina de lavar e secar e o ar condicionado funcionava muito bem . Mesmo numa rua muito animada no apartamento não se ouvia o ruido da rua. 2 dos 3 quartos não possuem nenhum espaço para arrumação das malas e roupa , as camas ocupam a totalidade dos quartos

• Joseph (10/5): Recommend for convenience - Super convenient with convenience stall just below and minutes walk to train station and a huge don quiote! Very clean and rooms were spacious. Naomi was also super responsive and helpful!! Living/dining area were a little tight but bedroom size made up for it
• Joy (9/5): Awesome place - We like all the facilities of the place and its clean. They have fast internet connection, Smart TV, projector in each room, fridge, coffee machines, washing machine, etc. Location is perfect, close to train stations and a lot of restaurants and shops The washing machine took more than 2 hrs to wash and dry.. but cant complain that machine dries up your clothes perfectly.
