If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $135 p.w., or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual pricing review by the linen hire company).This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Simon (7/5): - The location was good. Lack of communication from the booking agents! Cockroaches/ dead cockroaches Fan broken in the main bedroom.
Dave (9/5): A comfortable unit for short term stays. - Everything was there. Many unexpected, like games for kids, supply of toilet paper in the garage, all kitchen equipment. Beds were very comfortable. Garage was small. Could not fit my dual cab ute. Ok for smaller vehicles.

Ursula (5/5): I would say thank you 🙏☺️ - This unit is good for able bodied people. Very central to evey thing. The fact that there were some ecentual items left for our use.Great when arrival was delayed by traffic. The fact that it had stairs when told it was ground level . l am disabled had great difficulty with stairs. Linen is required for these units as some people don't bring any( ? ) We where lucky as family live in Caloundra and surplyed is with ours. People could wash bedding and exchange for clean bedding if left.
