• Rohan (9/5): Very very nice villa would definitely recommend and stay again 🙂 - Really well cleaned villa with activities to keep you busy during your stay and very spacious to if you have groups The only problem we faced was not enough bins/ room to put our rubbish in.
• ivan (9/5): - Bazen obrovske plus, ticha lokalita, blizko dostupne plaže, obchod aj reštauraciah Niektore veci vo vile ktore su zničene by potrebovalo odstrániť, (lehatko pri bazene, zlomena stolicka..) zavesy radsej zvesiť ak nemaju byt pravidelne oprate, umele kvety zbytočnosť len lapač prachu..

• Susan (8/5): Great value for money! - The property is out of the hustle and bustle of the main strip of Ayia Napa, close to the bus stop and a local supermarket. It’s not commercialised at all so lovely neighbours and locals. Everything you need was at the property and the host did respond to an issue we had very promptly. Getting to the beaches along the main strip was a good walk, or a short drive away. Waterworld is one bus stop away. Parking everywhere was easy. Nissi beach was crowded but Landa and other beaches were perfect. But beware, if you do not like cats as there are plenty! We like how out of the way it was, but if you want the party vibe and the shops, you would be better further in town. The property is one of the cheapest we found with a pool, but does need a bit of updating. We took essential oils to keep the cockroaches at bay, but it’s a hot country so we expected that.
• Carlos (10/5): The property is perfectly equipped and located for a family vacation. - The property is located in a calm area ideal for relaxation and kids; the tennis table and soccer table were a great plus. We enjoyed barbecue by the pool couple of times and the kitchen was fully equipped. New Air conditioning is also available . A convenience store is at walking distance and a sandy beach as well - Nissaki beach . We enjoyed the walk in the new modern marina and dinners in Ayia Napa.
