The check-in time is flexible after 3pm.
During the day we will be available to help you. If you want to leave luggage before 3pm, it will always be upon request and availability.
ENTRY MAY BE AUTOMATIC. A personal code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.
For arrivals at night, if the client wants us to attend to them personally, we will be happy to receive them. This service will have an additional cost after 8:00 p.m.
LATE CHECK IN PRESENTIAL:
From 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. there is a supplement of an additional €20.
From 22:00 to 00:00 the supplement is €30.
From 00:00 the supplement will be €40 for late check-in.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The expected time for your check-in must be notified in advance of your arrival, if for any reason there is a delay, the property must be informed as soon as possible to avoid long waits.
* Please note that bed linen and towels are provided (per person and per stay). For stays longer than 6 nights we offer an additional change of towels as a courtesy.
*For stays of less than 6 nights you will have to pay at the property for the following extra charges: 10€ per set of towels if required by the guest.
It is not allowed to play loud music in the apartment out of respect for the neighbors.
It is forbidden to deposit garbage bags in the common areas of the building.
The accommodations of unregistered people in our apartment is prohibited. In case this happens, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation automatically.
Smoking is totally prohibited throughout the building and inside the apartments.
Towels cannot be hung on the railings both on the balconies and in the halls. For this they have clotheslines in each of the apartments.
-Please, always carry your keys with you. The trip to the apartment to open the door for this reason after 9 pm will cost 25 euros.
-Guests must be careful not to lose or leave the keys inside the lock. In the event that this occurs, the cost of repairing the lock or copying the keys will be assumed by the guest. "IMPORTANT: Makeup-stained or irreparably stained towels can be claimed by the customer for replacement. The cost is 10€/towel."This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Coen (9/5): - Mooi appartement, goed onderhouden en schoon. We hadden via de accommodatie een parkeerplaats gereserveerd en toen we hier aankwamen was er binnen 5minuten iemand die ons hielp bij de parkeergarage, mee liep naar het appartement en alles verder uitlegde. Je krijg geen sleutel of pasje maar een code waarmee je de overal toegang tot hebt. Ideaal! De kamer werd nog schoongemaakt op het moment dat we arriveerde (12:00) maar we konden alvast onze koffers kwijt en konden de stad in (alles op loopafstand). Later kregen we een appje dat de kamer klaar was. Heel blij met deze locatie en service. nvt

Tiene producto de limpieza (pastillas de detergente para lavavajillas). Buena localización a 9 minutos del casco histórico.

- Michaela (9/5): Celkově velká spokojenost, bod jsem strhla za hluk. - Poloha, čistota, vybavení a zařízení apartmánu, dobrá komunikace. Dostatečné množství ručníků, dobře vybavená kuchyň, na každý den tableta do myčky. Pod apartmány je bar, kde v pátek a sobotu byl opravdu velký hluk až do 2 do rána. Musím však ocenit, že ve startovacím balíčku byly špunty do uší.
- Susann (9/5): Schönes, gemütliches Apartment in zentraler Lage mit guter Ausstattung. - Tolle Lage. Hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Gemütliches Flair durch die Steinwände und die individuelle Ausstattung. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche, ebenso der Waschmöglichkeiten (Waschmaschine, Ständer, Bügelbrett/Bügeleisen usw) Teilweise etwas abgelebte, wackelige Möbel. gilt ebenso für den Föhn. Die Klimaanlage sowie der Ventilator funktionieren nicht. Das Fenster konnte zwar geöffnet werden, aber wenn die Gäste unter dem Apartment in deren Terrasse rauchten, zog es durch den Innenhof zu und herein. Dann blieb kaum mehr eine Möglichkeit für frische Luft. An der Dusche war der Knauf zum Umstellen von „Regendusche“ auf Handstück defekt, sodass das Wasser nur von oben kam. Für viele vermutlich genau das Richtige, für uns eher nicht so. Es ist sehr hellhörig.

- Edwin (10/5): Echt een topaccomodatie op een toplocatie met ook nog eens een eigen keukentje. - Supergoede ligging in het oude centrum, de mogelijkheid om vlakbij je auto te parkeren in een garage met een aantal eigen parkeerplaatsen van Homely Malaga. En bovenal het enorm vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel dat ook heel goed communiceert over alles! Alles is bevallen!

The location is convenient and a short walk from the main sights in the historical centre. There is a supermarket very close by and plenty of bars and cafes, too. The communication from the hosts was excellent. There was nothing I did not like.

- Mayara (10/5): - The property was easily accessible. The staff were all so lovely and accommodating. Access took some getting used to but once you figured it out it’s super easy and convenient. Location is so central so we walked absolutely everywhere but it was really to access transport Amenities like the dishwasher and washing machine were very helpful and straightforward to use! Nothing we absolutely loved it and would return it Struggled adjusting the A/C at times but that’s a very minor issue
- Luisa (6/5): - Wir wurden nett empfangen und konnten auch früher einchecken. Die Lage ist sehr nah am Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Küchenausstattung war für unseren Aufenthalt gut geeignet In unserem Zimmer waren die ganze Nacht störende Geräusche (ungleichmäßiges brummen evtl. Eine Art Pumpe?) zu hören und die bereitgestellten Ohrstöpsel halfen nur bedingt. Das Personal reagierte zwar mitfühlend, aber Konsequenzen wurden anscheinend keine daraus gezogen. Zudem funktionierte die Hälfte der Steckdosen nicht. Das Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss an der Lobby, so dass es sehr dunkel war und keine Privatsphäre bei geöffnetem Fenster bot. Nachts war es dadurch leider nicht wirklich dunkel, da in der Lobby dauerhaft Licht brannte. Die Dusche war nicht vom Rest des Raums getrennt, dadurch wurde alles nass und auch der Ständer der Handtücher war schon mit Schimmel überzogen. Der Duschkopf war leider nicht richtig sauber. Auch das WLAN hat nicht durchgehend funktioniert.
- Lelya (10/5): I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else in Malaga. - Very clean and modern. Location was excellent. Very close to everything, but far enough not to have all the noise disturb you. Can’t think of one single thing we didn’t like.
- Berry (9/5): Heerlijk schoon en ruim appartement - Mooi schoon appartement op een goede locatie. Heel rustig, je hoort geen lawaai van de straat. Appartement is leuk ingericht en heerlijk dat er 2 badkamers in zitten. Wij komen zeker terug.

- Joren (9/5): Heel mooie comfortabele accommodatie vlakbij het centrum - Zeer comfortabel, zeer netjes, vlakbij het centrum. Parking vlakbij is via de accommodatie te boeken, correct van prijs en is zeer comfortabel. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, zelfs een wasmachine. Zeker een aanrader! We hadden een appartement met balkon: dit is geen balkon om op te zitten maar dat wisten we (wel jammer ☺️). Aan de straatkant heb je echter ook veel nachtlawaai, zeker in het weekend. In het centrum moet dit nog erger zijn vermoed ik.

The staff were amazing: incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to answer questions and share useful information. The apartment was spacious, well‑equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, it faced the atrium, so it was extremely quiet, with no noise from the street at all.

- Gabriela (10/5): Najlepsz zaciszne miejsce w centrum starego miasta! - Kolejna wizyta w tym cudownym miejscu i to w Wielkim Tygodniu Wielkanocym. Mogliśmy podziwiać procesje z naszego balkonu! Super lokalizacja, miły personel - polecam bardzo! Niektóre drobne elemeny w mieszkaniu nie są już tak świeże jak przy poprzedniej wizycie.
- Matthias (7/5): Ideale locatie, alles aanwezig, oordopjes en lichtmasker mee indien je hier gevoelig voor bent. - De locatie was top, dicht bij het centrum, dicht bij het historische gedeelte voor een wandeling, veel eetgelegenheden. Ook in het appartement was alles voorzien van badlinnen tot vaatwasser en wasmachine ook een babybed was aanwezig, helaas tegen betaling van 5€/ nacht. De kamer was niet volledig geluidsvrij. De omgevende appartementen waren zeer goed hoorbaar omwille van de houtskelletbouw en wellicht povere isolatie. Ook veel lichtinval, wat niet ideaal is voor een 'siësta' van onze 1-jarige zoon. Je moet wat geluk hebben met de gezinnen die de appartementen rondom jou huren.

Molto silenzioso nonostante la vicinanza al centro, con un supermercato e vari ristoranti molto buoni a pochi passi. Da segnalare la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff nel farci lasciare i bagagli per qualche ora dopo il check-out.

- Julie (9/5): Leuk appartement op een top ligging - Perfect gelegen op wandelafstand van het historisch centrum. Alle voorzieningen waren er. 2 aparte slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, living en keukentje. Wij zaten op de bovenste verdieping met klein zonnig terras. Wij hebben wel extra handdoeken gevraagd want deze worden niet dagelijks vervangen. Wij waren er 5 nachten. Maar dit was geen probleem en hebben we heel snel gekregen. Goede service dus. Niets

- Jennifer (6/5): Great location, beautiful, clean but uncomfortable beds, AC issues and parking problems - The apartment was stunning and very clean. We had issues with the parking gates, they were not working properly even tho that the staff change the battery of the beeper for the gates, they still don’t work and many times we have to wait for residents to help enter in the parking garage so this was a big issue for us. Also even that we travel to Malaga during spring season it was not cold enough outside to have the heater on so we couldn’t not control the temperature of the apartment as this is a central unit for the entire building so it was hot all the time we had to sleep work the windows open. Finally, the beds were uncomfortable. It was shame because the apartment is in a great location, beautiful inside, they have a cafe downstairs and it was super clean. The staff was great but if we didn’t have these issues it would be a perfect stay.

- Rica (8/5): - Optimal für Unternehmungen in die Stadt. Alles ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr viele Restaurants und Cafes in der Nähe. Für eine Selbstverpflegung ist die Küchenzeile mit allem ausgestattet. Es gibt einen kleinen Vorat an Tee und Kaffeekapseln. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr, Gläser Besteck. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder Die Fenster sind in den Innenbereich gerichtet. Bringen zwar Licht aber keine direkte frische Luft.

- Kathrin (10/5): Schöne Wohnung mit allem, was es braucht - Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die sauber ist und alles hat, was es braucht. Das Bett ist bequem und es lässt sich in der Wohnung gut verweilen. Die Frauen vom Mariblanca 17 sind sehr aufmerksam, nett und hilfsbereit und jederzeit gut erreichbar. Die Lage ist zentral. Ein Ort, wo wir gerne wieder hin kommen. Danke! Die Wohnung ist sehr ringhörig - gegenüber der Strasse (entlang welcher auf der ganze Länge Patkplätze für Töffs sind). Aber es ist trotzdem erstaunlich gut möglich, zur Ruhe zu kommen.
- SIMON (10/5): Fabulous and can’t wait to go back!. - The property is situated in a street just a short walk from the centre, and has lots of lovely bars, cafes and restaurants outside your front door. We asked for an early check in if possible, the cleaning lady was only too happy to sort our room first. Very quiet, and we had a great little roof terrace to relax after a hard day enjoying Malaga. Nothing.

- Petra (10/5): Zeker een aanrader! - Ons verblijf was geweldig. Wij zijn 6 dagen in het duplex appartement gebleven. Het was super netjes en had een perfecte locatie. De hosts waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles was aanwezig en de communicatie was uitstekend. Zeker een aanrader. Wij zouden zeker weer terugkomen.

Ein Aufzug ist auch vorhanden. - Fehlende Nachttische und Nachttischlampe, somit werden alle wach, wenn das Licht in der Nacht eingeschaltet werden muss, außer ..man hat Katzen Augen ;) - die Matratze vom Kleiner Schlafcouch ist sehr durchgelegen.

- Martin (6/5): Great location but some issues with the room - The location of the apartment was very close to the historic centre of the city so everything was within easy walking distance. The bed was very comfortable and it was great to have a full size fridge and freezer in the room. The shower was also very good. The room had no external windows and was quite dark, despite having several lights and lamps. The only windows open up on to the inside courtyard meaning other guests could see into the room if opened. This also meant there was a lack of ventilation making it difficult to dry used towels which are not changed daily without an additional charge.

Sehr laute Strasse und wenig Schallisolierte Fenster. Unterkunft ist allgemein sehr dunkel, nicht geeignet um Zeit im Apartment zu verbringen. Badezimmer Ausstattung ist schlecht (Dusche nicht richtig abgedichtet, Armaturen lose, Abzug defekt, Wasserschaden an der Decke)
- Natalia (10/5): - Blisko centrum. Stały kontakt z personelem. Apartament bardzo dobrze urządzony jest wszystko czego potrzeba nawet na dłuższy pobyt. To że okna wychodzą na podworko nie było odczuwalne. Apartament dobrze doświetlony. Jedynie to że wszystko słychać co u sąsiadów 🙂 jeśli są zbyt glosni.

Super zlokalizowany, w odległości krótkiego spaceru do historycznego centrum miasta i innych atrakcji. Do kolejki jadącej na lotnisko 20 min spacerem. Niedaleko sklep spożywczy. Dokładna instrukcja dot. lokalizacji i dostania się do obiektu, szybkie i wyczerpujące odpowiedzi na pytania. Możliwość pozostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu. Polecam wszystkim, świetna baza na pobyt w Maladze!

Staff were all helpful and friendly and the coffee shop within the apartment building offered good quality breakfasts, although was closed at the weekend (February). We stayed in apartment 2 with the outdoor terrace. I’d have loved more sun on the terrace but the sheltered shade would be welcome in the heat of the summer.
