- Sharen (6/5): Pleasant - Location was great, walking distance to everything. The decor is very out dated and dirty, stains on the carpet, bathroom was tidy but needs refurbishing for the cost.

- Cassanda (6/5): Loved the location but simple check in instructions and maintenance issues need to be addressed!!!! - The location! Took hours to find the lockbox for the key then couldn’t get it open. Needs a photo of the lockbox location sent with checkin instructions and replaced so it doesn’t jam. The hotel staff and the host came and indicated it was an ongoing issue. The box to operate the tv had been stolen previously and not replaced. The host said he’d get another and drop over but that never happened. Needs better organisation and the unit would be great. Please note the reception staff have been told not to help anyone from this unit meaning you are relying on the host for any assistance.
- Erin (9/5): Overall, the unit was great- we were really happy with our choice - The location was brilliant. The self checkin/out was nice and easy. The apartment was clean and tidy. It has great undercover onsite parking which was very easy to access. The chromecast on the tv didn’t have its own login so you couldn’t use it unless you logged your own google account in. The internet in the unit was not fast enough to be able to stream anything so we had to connect the tv into our phone hotspot to be able to watch tv. There were no spare toilet rolls in the unit. So for a 2 night, 3 day stay, we only had the roll that was already there.
