• Maksym (10/5): Чудова квартира із бажанням лишитись довше - Квартира дуже сучасна, має достатній рівень оснащення. Все чисто. Комфортне ліжко, диван, зручні стільці на кухні. Класичний душ, який закривається - це також перевага. Наявність підземного паркінгу це беззаперечно "+". Господарі привітні, заселення-виселення пройшло за принципом "self check-in" - дуже зручно. Вай-фай, кондиціонер, праска - все працює. Гарний панорамний вид із вікон. Однозначно рекомендую до розгляду та вибору. можливо, задля комфорту, я б поклав трохи більше таблеток для посудомиючої машини, коли гості залишаються довше ніж на одну ніч. Перші години ночі може бути шумно через водіїв, які люблять газувати. Але дякувати, це триває не усі ніч.

The cosy and luxury design of the apartment , the perfect location , the morning coffee with the stunning view of Vitosha or the friendly and quick communication with the host- Simeon. Will book again anytime i need some place to stay in Sofia!

• kostas (10/5): το καλύτερο διαμέρισμα στο roadtrip μας - υπεροχο διαμερισμα. ολοκαινουριο. η γυναικα μου δηλωσε οτι θα εμενε ανετα μονιμα . πεντακαθαρο με ενα μικρο μπαλκονακι με θεα προς το βουνο και μαλλον καποιο προαστιο. υπογειο παρκιν εξαιρετικο. το κρεββατι ανετο και με πολυ καλο στρωμα τουλαχιστον για τα γουστα μας. πολυ ομορφη πολη η σοφια με πολλα πραγματα να δεις. δυστυχως δεν ειχαμε περισσοτερο χρονο , θα επαναλθουμε. μεγαλη αποσταση απο το κεντρο. πρεπει να χρησιμοποιησεις μεταφορικο. η uber δεν παραλαμβανε απο εκει. σχετικα τσιμπημενη η τιμη για βουλγαρια , ελπιζω να μην φτασουν τα λαθη των ελληνων στις τιμες

Accross the road there's a big supermarket. Host was very good and helpful with the instructions for collecting the key and finding the parking space. Bonus, underground private parking lot. Though the area is far from the distirct center, but still good for getting around either by car or taxi. The building is facing main road, little noisy, but it's got nothing to do with the apartment itself

• Nataša (10/5): Exceptional - I had the honor and pleasure of being one of the first to stay in AveNew accommodation. I can confirm that everything is as described and presented in the pictures. Everything is absolutely new, beautiful and functionally arranged with all the necessary details. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with a dishwasher! There is a washing machine for users with a longer stay. The apartment is spacious, on the sixth floor, on the sunny side with plenty of natural lighting. It has absolutely everything you need. A few meters away is the bus station that goes to the city center. I used bus 102 to the European Union metro station. All in all, for me 100/10. Nothing. Everything was perfect.
