• Daniel (9/5): Great pick for a Sofia stay - The apartment was really great, the living room is big and bright with a fantastic view to the mountain. The rooms were warm and extremely clean. The secured underground parking is a great pro for Sofia if you are with a car. Great choice overall. There are no bedside lamps in the bedroom which was a bit inconvenient. Also the walls between the apartments are very thin, just as every new building sadly, so some nights there was a lot of noise from the neighbours next door.

• Martin (10/5): 5 star appartement in Lozenets - New appartement in new buildîg, made with taste. Great view, great parking, supermarket just in front, great kitchen with big fridge, cool TV. It was very good but to be perfect : *Mattress to soft for my taste, *shower drain clogged with hairs (i removed them but you should teach your janitor how to do it), *safety valve from water heater not connected (water everywhere when warming up).

• Mitko (10/5): Exceptional! - Clean, Elegant and Modern furnishing, the bathroom is exceptional 🤩. Everything was on point, the view is amazing the windows also. It was also very warm inside. And on top of all that the parking is perfect only one elevator away from your room. Thank you for the stay! ❤️

Налични множество електроуреди, включително и настолни игри. Хубава гледка от апартамента. Налично паркомясто към апартамента. Професионално отношение от страна на хоста, който се погрижи да бъде удовлетворено специално искане във връзка с настаняването от моя страна. Силно препоръчвам.

• Reny (10/5): - Very new and comfortable. A lot of natural light, beautiful view, a lovely terrace. Loved the big windows. The apartment was warm without the use of any heating. In general everything seemed to be with good quality. The parking spot is a big plus. The location is good. Lovely place to stay. I'd like it even more if there were more pots available in the kitchen and also a kitchen towel would be nice. Otherwise very good job at providing the basics for a comfortabe stay.

• Marion WROBLEWSKI (10/5): Incroyable ! - Incroyable ! L’appartement était encore mieux que ce que ce que l’on imaginait en voyant les photos. L’arrivée autonome est fluide, tout est bien expliqué. L’appartement en lui même est canon, parfaitement équipé. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Un immense merci ! Notre seul regret est de ne pas etre resté plus longtemps !

• Alexandru (9/5): - The place is very well located, very clean, own parking space, few water bottles of you are thirsty when you arrive The pillows needs to be replaced with bigger ones or add some extra please, they are very thin. Also you need some slippers guys, especially if you want for your guests to take off the shoes at the door, I am a host and I have this rule on my apartments. Shower gel, shampoo...you are very close to have a perfect 10 apartment, with minimum investments. Good luck
• Adina Păpară (10/5): - Am avut o experiență excelentă în acest apartament! Totul a fost impecabil de curat, foarte bine organizat și exact ca în fotografii. Ne-am simțit ca acasă – liniște, confort și toate facilitățile necesare. Gazda a fost amabilă și comunicativă, totul a decurs fără probleme. Cu siguranță recomandăm cu încredere acest loc celor care caută o cazare de calitate.

• Koval (9/5): Сучасні і зручні апартаменти з паркомісцем - Нові апартаменти з усім необхідним для приємного перебування . Великий плюс - це наявність паркомісця. Є пральна машина і посудомийка. Все чисто і охайно. Дістатися до апартаментів за інструкцією було легко. Наступного разу коли будемо в Софії, з задоволенням зупинимось в цих апартаментах. Єдиний мінус - це шум з дороги вночі, якщо спати з відкритими вікнами. Але при закритих вікнах тобі нічого не заважає )

• Milen (10/5): На състезание по плуване - Чист, модерно обзаведен апартамент включващ всичко необходимо дори и за по-продължителен престой. Локацията е много добра и на една крачка от зоологическата градина. Много комуникативно място, а наличието на паркомясто е голямо предимство и спокойствие. Лесен достъп и контакт с домакините. Точно на отсрещния тротоар на булеварда се намира добре зареден супермаркет, който предлага храна за вкъщи. От терасата на апартамента се открива чудесна гледка към Витоша и бул. Симеоновско шосе. Парадайс център е на 25 минути пеша.

Comunicare foarte buna cu proprietarii,. Check- in realizat ușor pe baza indicațiilor , lucru important pentru că am ajuns la locație la 23.30. Garajul subteran, bucătăria bine echipata, apă și cafeaua din partea.casei reprezintă aspecte pozitive pe care le-am apreciat. Mulțumim!
